Have you chack the LED each set ? Is it voltage drop are same or nearly?

Thanks for answering. Ok, in the CN6803 pin 4 it measures 7.3 Vdc. Pin 3 12.9 Vdc. Pin 2 2.3 Vdc and Pin 1 2.2 Vdc. I have checked the 4 mosfet, and find them very good. Could the problem be the IC driver CXA3754M? Thank you BJKR Elec

I think some LED has a problem. First, we have to make sure each LED array is good. CXA3754M shouldn't be a problem.

What could be the probable cost .. Of both the fixes mentioned... The company charged around 13k

Hello, thanks for answering. Ok, this tv has 2 led bars with 64 leds, that is 128 leds in total. I did not get the original bars, and I adapted 2 bars with 58 leds, that is, 116 leds in total. Should I turn on these full bars, or do I have to modify the voltage at the power source? This tells me that the leds are in perfect condition, but they turn on and off. What would I have to do to make the leds turn on and stay on. Or is it internal failure of the CXA3854M driver? Thanks.

You can try to replace it with 58 LEDs without any modification. Because the Led Driver is a constant current power supplier, it will adjust the voltage automatically depending on LEDs.

Could you find a Protection O/P pin of Driver IC? Then try to disconnect protection pin.

Hey i found 2 other fix 1 some people just short the negative lead with jumper wire then the 6 blink is gone 2 some other just ground the error pin so error can't detect if we dont want to open the panel (Because Risk of crack) which methord you prefer from above 2

If the Backlight LED is not damaged many. Yes, I have used both methods. I prefer 1.

Ok, and thanks for the support. I have connected the new bars and the screen keeps turning off, it only turns on for a few seconds, I manage to read the window that appears "no signal" and the channel number, but it turns off and the LED blinks 6 times again. Do I have to change the CXA3854M driver? Thanks again. Best regard

Please try to find a protection o/p from LEDs driver and disable its. IF LEDs and Driver are normally, maybe a mainboard is failed. If you have CXA3854M, you can try. And try to clean and bake a mainboard too.

If one LED fails, it can close the TV, but the power LED blinks red 6 times. Please find what meaning of the blinks 4. Maybe an LED Driver Board.
