As someone who grew up watching Kingpin in the Spider-Man animated series from the 90s It was awesome to see him shine as an extremely menacing antagonist I’ll never forget seeing him smash Spidey’s chest and killing him That made me realize “omg this guy means buisness “

Infinity Ultron (what if… is canon to MCU) would be most powerfully cuz he kill thanos, the avengers, a galaxy, is on par with the watcher and held his own against the guardian’s of the multiverse

Ngl, while Shaw may be very low on the list (I don't think I have many gripes with his placement), you honestly might underestimate his potential. Not only has he fought a grizzly bear, and held his own (for a short-lived time, so peak human at best), but his gun is... to put it lightly almost brutally strong. We just going to ignore how it shot a HOLE through a tree in one scene. Do you have any idea how fast a bullet needs to travel to pierce through an entire tree??? And while he might be not the best mentally, that isn't really a problem if you're main source of damage doesn't require much more then aiming and pulling the trigger. Also, while it is unknown how Shaw would fair against humans, there happens to be a little known Finish sniper who also was very skilled with hunting before joining in the winter war. You want to know what his (confirmed) kill-count was? At least 500. While Shaw clearly isn't mentally the best, it is heavily confirmed that he knows what he's doing out in the wild, (at least before he started to go a bit crazy), and his collection of heads definitely confirms this theory. Shaw at his peak would genuinely be a force to be reckoned with... I rest my case.

I personally prefer how they did "weak to powerful" for the Pixar studio. It took into account how much influence they had in THEIR world, NOT in a vaccum; this allowed an insect like Hopper, and a literal stuffed animal like Lotzo to thrive in the ranking, because it based them off of how much of a threat they were to the protagonists (which were insects and toys respectively), and not to each other.

That ranking makes sense. But, I would argue that Pal is smarter than King Pin, if you ever rank the villains by intelligence alone.

Honestly, when I saw the Evil to Most Evil on Sony Animation, I figured kingpin would be the most powerful, as he had access to multiple dimensions in the Spiderverse.

I honestly think The FLDSMDFR should be considered a villain, since is powerful and technically has conscience

Pigs are actually pretty damn strong and intimidating, a lot more than you give them credit for, people dont realise how massive they can get and that they can tear trees and stuff up with nothing but their nose. That being said, Leonard is not an intimidating pig
