It's not time for the RVI yet... this is all bull.
I don't think it's true. It isn't time for A7R V's successor yet and I don't think connecting a sports lens with a high megapixel body makes sense either. What I can imagine though is that in fact it could be an A1 II (or it could have very similar parameters - in my opinion, the A1 II will have a stacked sensor rather than a global shutter sensor because it's just not possible yet to produce a global shutter sensor with the A1 class demands on resolution and image quality). The connection of a new A1 camera and the 500mm lens makes more sense to me. Perhaps a pre-production version of this camera could be used by some ambassadors at the Olympics... 🤔
Still waiting for the ZV-E10 mk. 2. Those putting this camera down will be first in line when it is announced as real and released. Mark my words.

No Sony lens can resolve that kind of resolution in full frame

Sony GM lenses were always made to resolve 100 megapixels. There’s plenty of literature to back that up online. Whether it’s true or not, I am not sure but they’ve been saying that for years.

@@Joyofvision99 I call bs on those claims, of that is true then Sony had no reason to release 2nd generation of holy trinity. Some of the primes aren't of the sharpest quality either.

@@AzarathGirl123 I don’t know. All of my GM primes can easily resolve 61 megapixels wide-open if I ever get 100 megapixel sensor I will let you know how it goes lol
