Love your videos. Any idea how to set up the A6700's intervalometer to shoot images with longer than 60 seconds interval?

I find the electronics can be a bit buggy at times, having to turn off/on the camera to reset to features I had already set to use. Like sometimes the view finder won't become active when I put my eye up to it or like today, when looking in the view finder I could not shift the focus box with the dial control like I normally can. In both cases turning the camera on/off or changing a setting and reverting back usually helps. I guess keeping eyes on firmware updates could help resolve issues?

Please what lens do you recommend, for this camera. The goal is to create content and photograph the family.

I noticed in your photo settings all three setups have PP1? What if it were turned off? Does PP1 only affect your video recording?

Thanks, cool Video! This may be a silly question, but I cannot customise the different dial modes. I can only adjust the manual mode. In custome 1, 2 and 3 I cannot even change the aperature. Maybe you or someone else can help me here :-)

I'm confused why you had to map those to Custom 1,2,3. Aren't those settings all the same except for M and A? if so, why not just use M and A as opposed to 1 and 2? all the other shutter/iso settings are the same. Someone please explain, thanks

Yes it does. I have it set up to max iso 10000 and usually have the shutter speed set a 1/60 second. It’s really easy to do in the settings.

I just bought a new a6700 . First I set it to 10bit, XAVC S 5K, 60P. The videos didn't play on my computer. Then I brought down the bit rate 8. Now it plays on my computer but not on my TV. What is the solution?

Hi! Thank you very much for this tutorial 💪🏼 I have the a6700 and I can't record in 4K 100p. The camera gives me a message saying that to record at these speeds I need cards higher than v60. I have Sony Tough v90 300mb/s cards. Any help with this?

@@thaticelandicguy I just bought them today from a Sony dealer. In theory it should be able to record in 4K 100p at 280mb/s right? What brand do you recommend for this camera. I will call the store to return these cards.

@ 32 GB is SDHC only , you need atleast 64 GB which is SDXC.

on the video memory settings, i could not follow you on how to program them.

Hi. Please tell me do you have any problems with the color that you get on this camera? I like this camera. But I've heard Sony cameras have a bad skin color and have to spend a lot of time processing to achieve a good color.

Why can't I see my videos I take on my computer. It's just showing audio no video, and when I try it on my laptop it just shows a black screen with audio. What can I do to prevent this? I got a v60 sd card shooting 4k60 on the same camera and XAVC S

You need to have an add-on for HEVC codec, it's 0.99USD in microsoft store if you're on Windows

Got lost at the memory setting steps... dont know the sequence of steps you have to take to make to set up 1 memory. Might help if you first told how to set up 1, 2 ,3 and later tell why you like to have it and possible improvements. Also the abrupt cuts from menu to your face and back again...as beautiful as your face is kinda unecessary.

Thanks for nothing. Now my clips are offline in editing software because of missing hevc codec. Use standard settings guys, try to proper exposure scenes, we are not pros 😂😢
