I've seen a lot of gameplay from Majin Obama in the last days playing Ahri/Illaoi too and it's quite interesting to see how different this character-combo is being pulled off here. Damn I'm so excited for this game.

GGST is also cell shaded so im guessing the ones saying that aren't fgc people But also this game is supposed to be updated for a very long time instead of having sequels so cellshaded is the perfect artstyle for longevity

As a LoL player (and mostly riot games) i can't wait to play this one, imagine what Zed will do in this game bro, so many characters can be so sick, there is a lot of FGC play styles that Riot can add to this game just bc of how many characters and habilities LoL has... theres zoners, grapplers, set ups, rush down, big comboers, air combos, a lot of asist, a lot of everything! I know we probably won't get a big roster but i bet it will be fun (maybe around 10+ to realese? Or less? Bc it looks like it takes them a lot of time to create this characters and to make everyone looks sick and well design)

This game takes multiple mechanics of different games and it turns them into an interesting blend. The tag team type of playstyle reminds me of MK1, and the opening of combos using low attacks is a common trope for King of Fighters. It will take a bit of time getting used to the tag in system, which can be really unpredictable at times, but besides that, if you have any experience with fighting games, this one should be fun to learn.

I'm sure the damage won't be that relevant. In most cases, even if your character is lower average damage assists extensions and supers (does this game have DHC?) make up for it.

@@MrShagification there is a DHC-esque mechanic, but you have to choose to equip it instead of something else. Also, Darius will definitely stomp scrubs in his current state, his unique mechanic is he can make you take more chip. And, he has a vacuuming rekka with command throw and frametrap.

You have the option to play 2v2, 1v2, or 1v1. This looks like 1v1 gameplay. That means each side has one person controlling two characters. It's a tag team game.
