I still struggle with walk cycles and don’t feel like I’m good at them. I used the camera angles to make animating easier and to make the video look nicer. For example when they walk in the beginning it doesn’t show their legs. Even though I animated their legs, it looks nicer without showing them. I hope this answers your question, and thank you! Also if there’s a specific scene in the video you want me to tell ya how I did I’d be happy to help as much as I can.

@@spiralanimations7736 this is a hard one to answer but I will try. So I try to have the camera mainly showing what I want the focus to be on, which for most of the video I try to show both Scorpion and Sonic attacking, dodging, and blocking but to emphasize a certain attack I’d focus on that attack and mainly show the character that is delivering the attack until it lands. Then I’d probably switch focus of the shot to the other character to show the effect of that attack. Some other shots like at 0:48 till 0:57 the camera mainly follows Sonic to show the damage and effect from Scorpion’s attacks. I also try to almost always keep the camera moving, it just staying still doesn’t look as good in a fight compared to a dynamic moving camera that follows the action. I hope this helps ya.
