this'd be used for a FAILURE-type game where you play as sonic running from FAILURE, i also wanted a excuse to use that running FAILURE sprite i made for EXTINCTION lol

thats specifically why i made it speed up near the end and glitch mid-way through, to show that FAILURE (the exe in this song) isn't screwing around like other exes, and you need to run for your life
