I wasn't much of a fan of this game, but then again, I was 21 at the time and fully absorbed by the Xbox and PS2 library. My younger brother, however, loved this game, and I still have our original CIB to this day. Thanks for another trip down memory lane!
Another fantastically researched episode man! Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is one of my favorite games on the GameCube. I put an insane amount of hours into this game during my childhood, and still remains my favorite 3D Sonic game. It was definitely a surreal moment seeing Sonic come to a Nintendo platform, and this was the best way to kick it off. Great episode again man!

Thank you so much! I try to get better with every episode, some games are easier to pull a story out of than other, as the length of some of these episodes shows 😅
it always makes me chuckle how "edgy extra from The Matrix" every tv game journalist was in the 2000s 😂
Love this game. Love everything about it and love every console its released on! I knew it was early GC release but I didn't realise it was so soon. Edit: also didn't realise this was the first gamelink title! Good spot!
