So for the people who are confused -the fps is better -in the video he used e3 crisis city and kingdom valley(can be switched between e3 or retail in the menu) -sonic is slower -tropical jungle vine animation is diffrent -tails wave ocean now has the egg carrier Chaosx is taking a real break,he is going to do shadow in 2021

I come from the Future! Sonic Superstars is bringing back the concept with Emerald Powers obtained by, you guessed it, Chaos Emeralds!

Now that the Silver release is out I had to come back to this video because I didn't remember where some of the gems were. It's unfortunate that save files can't be transferred to new releases but it still an awesome project regardless!

Sonic’s jump ball looks like the genesis and A1/A2, the flicker between the 2 spinball animations AND the style of the flicker aswell looks way better.

To me this game deserves a remaster.

Yes, and if your using a controller, the d-pag switched between them.

Wonder if the adventure field will get created and he does look like he runs faster too

I'd prefer if Sonic's Arrow of Light from Solaris fight was kept, that move was so over the top with its incredibly blurred surroundings and was the fastest speed one could reach in the game

If they really did decrease the air time sonic had before I hope Blaze haves the same air time as sonic from the previous demo

This is awesome but what would make it even cooler if his world played when you are super sonic

If every character has a method of going super in the final product, how about the final boss use their hyper forms?

Personally I actually like the ability to buy the gems in the original game instead of having to find them in the game

This isnt in relation to the original game. You bought the gems at the store in Soleanna and there was no Super Sonic. Sadly.

I should say that with the Shadow update out, all Sonic Gems are in the same locations. It's unknown if theres any Gems in Shadow's stages yet. I'll edit this comment should I discover this.

Oh you have to get all S-ranks as well for rainbow gem to spawn. It’s easy for me to do but still pretty stupid because it makes super sonic basically useless

i think you forgot that you need to become a sonic 06 pro gamer and get all s-ranks in the game every single one then you get gold medals for it then go to kingdom valley to find it or you can download 100 save file from sonic overtime discord server

I'm experiencing a glitch in the game. I got the purple gem but died, after respawning I saw that I still have the purple gem but ot wasn't working properly. I mean the power up works, but it doesn't shrink sonic. I tried redoing the entire level agaim but the purple gem was nowhere to be found so I assumed I already go it, so I kept on finding the others. However, after finding all of them, the rainbow gem did not spawn in kingdom valley. I have all gems but the rainbow didn't show up at all. It might have to do with the glitched purple gem. Please help

two things 1: I'm pretty sure the purple gem doesn't shrink sonic anymore, that's not a bug 2: the rainbow gem requires that you have S ranks on all the stages, not sure if it's just sonic's or all stages in the game

Rainbow gem is not in the place where you showed us.

Not gonna lie, I think the fact that you have to get all S Ranks for the Rainbow Gem to spawn is stupid because it's the Colors/ Lost World problem all over again; Once you've completed the requirements to unlock Super Sonic, there's no reason to revisit stages, making Super Sonic utterly useless
