That's kinda her character arc actually. Amy got a crush on Sonic and wanted to be stronger to get closer to him, but then she discovered she liked being a good person like him for it's own sake. She's grown quite a bit since the early days.

Does anyone want to be like Knuckles? Amy does the same levels that Sonic and Tails does. I wonder if Espio could be in. Cream was not in the old Sonic series, so she is denied. I did think about her, but knowing the characters have their old design in makes me know that Cream is not allowed in.

@@MoralityAlex I meant the Sonic characters, not anyone from our world. Someone posted that Amy wishes to be like Sonic. I think Tikal did not appear in the old Sonic series, but with Sonic being in her place, and then mentioning that it looks familiar to him, I wonder if that means that Tikal still existed in the timeline when the old Sonic series was happening.

One thing I love about Amy's 2D design is that she actually looks YOUNGER than Sonic. I struggle to see that her 3D design.

She drew the reaper card shuffled it got a knight. Then god kept saying no more tarot cards. So her getting kidnapped at times is the reaper card happening and her knight hasn't shown up yet. It could just be shadow who could be her knight

Its one of those obscure things that only gets brought up on occasion. In Sonic Chronicles, she has some debuffs themed around using her cards to curse enemies, and in the story of Sonic Battle for the GBA she uses her cards to accurately predict where Sonic is at least once. I know in places they've been referenced as both tarot or oracle cards, where oracle cards have less structure and are more about feelings and loose interpretations, and given the non-standard nature of the cards in this it's an oracle deck this time around, but yeah. Amy is the reason I got interested in tarot, lol

No she could still spin jump in sonic advance 2, sonic heroes and sonic adventure 2 battle, she could spin dash too she did it in Sonic advance 3 depending on who you had for her as a partner. I think she does not do it because it pushes her quills up and she tries to keep it down like combed hair or something

Nope, Doomsday Zone is meant for Sonic, and only Sonic(unless you use debug mode). Yeah, it's dumb.

In Sonic 3 & Knuckles on Sega Genesis and computer, I see that Tails could not do Doomsday Zone, because he has the super flickies around him, and they might destroy the missiles that the robot shoots out, because those flickies are supposed to destroy anything that is like, I do not know how to describe it. I forgot if those flickies appear around Tails in this version. I think Super Amy does not have anyone around her, so she probably would be able to go through Doomsday Zone.

She can spin her hammer in the air that works similar to a insta shield including extending the hitbox, she can also a drop dash that when it's hits it make her use a "hammer rush" move that sets her running speed but allow her to hit enemies on her path with the hammer while it's similar to sonic drop dash it's much slower and again it sets her running speed to a max fixed value so sometimes it can make you lose momentum. She can also throw hammers on enemies when she's using her super/hyper form, and that's pretty much it.

I might need to check if she did that in Sonic Heroes. The thing that concerns me is why Amy is doing the same levels Sonic and Tails do in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Knuckles did different levels for that game.

I'm not meaning that Amy should do the same levels that Knuckles does, because that's impossible for her to do, but I was meaning like all-new levels. Maybe, they did not want to add something new to the originals. Adding Amy in was new, but it's alright, because Amy was a popular Sonic character. I wonder if Cream can go through the levels that Knuckles has in this game. The two player thing for Sonic & Tails worked out well, but it might not work out well for Cream and Cheese, because Cheese is too small.

@@bennel3588 That would've increased development costs for Sega, and Sega wants to keep costs down. As such, the cheapest path for them was to have Amy use Tails' levels, which are Sonic's levels but without Doomsday Zone.
