WHAT? yuri stop talking nonsense, all of it is real. Read the comic for god sake. Even tails has a hyper form where he gets the flickies. It's clearly in the Sonic the comic. So those Hyper knuckles in Sonic 3 and knuckles. They just didn't put in the Super emeralds in the game.

The Sonic comics are a different universe and aren't canon to the main Sonic universe though. Knuckles has a green form in the comics but that never happened in the games and there are a bunch of comic exclusive characters like Scourge the Hedgehog. I read that a S3&K dev stated the super forms for Tails and Knuckles are non-canon and they were only added in to reward players for collecting all of the emeralds.

Yuri on Edge in the classic universe Tails, Knuckles Ray, and Mighty have cannoned Superforms but in the Modern universe it seems to be noncannoned 😐

Fun facts: Knuckles has his hyper appearance from S3&K and tails gets his super form from S3&K as well. There are even some references to hyper sonic! Sonic has the after effect and he has the white glow from hyper sonic or it could be a reference to CD.. The text "Hyper" was found from dataminers. And last but not least, in egg reverie when you fly and do the dash, it's a reference to the hyper flash. Welp adios.

Ok but this game looks fucking gorgeous

Can we just take a moment for this person who actually dedicated their time and effort for a single video? Legit this dude made save files played each of them with each character and then had to play the minigames to get the chaos emeralds. This person has probably faced thousands of death screens.

The fact that tails's super form is just golden like ray's

I did not know that knuckles has sharp teeth, thats cool.

Anyone else ticked off that Sonic is the only one that really transforms (and gets a flight animation to replace his running)? Sure Knuckles flashes pink but that's about it.

My fav character is sonic the hedgehog
