In this video i cleared Oil Ocean Zone Act 2 from Sonic Mania without using the air filters or the submarines. It was hard, but also pretty fun! Wouldn't do it again tho, its more fun to do the level the way it was intended in my opinion. Still, a fun challenge. Definitively more fun than the special stages, that's for sure.
