Small mistake on my part, Sonic Battle released BEFORE Sonic Jump 2005. Ignore that bit. And here I thought I researched everything properly for this one 😖 EDIT: Some people are saying the volume is kind of low on this one, but i'm not sure it's the video's fault. I can hear it just fine even at lower volumes on my phone, and this thing has terrible speakers.

Ok, I just Found Sonic Jump (2012) on the Google Play Store, so now I can properly differentiate between the series' titles; Sonic Jump (2005) is Sonic Jump, Sonic Jump 2, Sonic Jump (2012) is Sonic Jump Pro (the title on the Play Store), Sonic Jump Fever.

There are three fully functional characters in the files of the game: Shadow, Cream and Vector. As long as you root your phone, you can easily edit the save file to unlock them

Gosh, I remember playing this back when I only had a Nokia flip phone. I got all of the shards, hoping I'd somehow unlock super sonic... I was a stupid kid.

I'mma be honest, the only time I got some actual fun out of Sonic Jump Fever was when I changed my phones time to get free spins and unlock stuff withot having to pay. Kinda funny but also sad how the cash grab sequel has such an easy exploit.

Originally played the Java version and honestly got quite addicted. Love the presentation, soundtrack and the game play while pretty formulaic has a good skill ceiling.

I remember checking every day to see if the mechanical zone had been released. It said coming soon for so long.

Why does everyone say sonic mania is so good but nobody ever compliments the true masterpiece SHADOW SHOOT

There is a bug in Jump Fever that when you get Red Rings via leveling up (I don't remember perfectly) once you collect it you can close the game entirely and collect the rings again and again, and again

Ok when I was a young child somehow my favorite mobile game was Angry Birds. I even have an entire plush collection of them. But now it’s probably around Sonic dash or the Sonic 2 port.

South America is the only real world location in the Sonic universe. to this day not even the great dr.robotnik knows where this North America place went...

For sonic jump fever to skip the energy recharge I just go to settings and set my time some hours forward until the energy is full but you can't set it and go back

I played the original Sonic Jump back when it was new and it was one of the few games well suited to a phone numpad. If I remember it right the "sequel" was just a a re-release of the exact same game but a number of bugs were fixed and it ran properly in a larger range of devices, they also corrected the blue eyes mistake in the title screen and got rid of the story for no apparent reason, my guess would be that they were planning to write a new story but didn't in the end, either that or it was the fact that Jump 2 got translated to multiple languages and they didn't feel like translating all the text.

Sonic Runners and Sonic Forces Speed Battle are actually really good

I remember finding an exploit to getting infinite gifts by changing the date over and over. I used to play this game every single day when I had it. I can no longer download the game by I will always remember this game. Just like sonic runners.

My FAVORITE mobile game is Dragon Ball Legends. The game is so fun,and you have ACTUAL FIGHTING. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it.

I like Sonic Runners Adventure, though it will never replace the original Sonic Runners.

Btw collecting all Chaos Emeralds in the original Sonic Jump unlocks the real ending and while playing the game on real hardware back in the day I didn't experience any control issues so that most likely a emulator thing. In any case I can remember being so disappointed by the new Jump games as a 'fan' of the old game it just felt so generic and boring ESPECIALLY Fever. Though now my favorite Sonic mobile game is Runners easily I love Revival team for restoring the game. :)

It's not one person reviewing all these games, there are tons of different reviewers at IGN, and they don't go around checking scores for older games in the series when reviewing new ones. Also the review of Sonic Mania Garrelous 64 mentioned as a 7 wasn't of Sonic Mania. Sonic Mania got an 8.7, the review he was showing was just of the DLC, which was a pretty fair score since it didn't add much.

Honestly, I think the Werehog is great. Just time consuming, that's all.
