aclstudios you have to realize that the recording software is causing his FPS to half itself. From what I can tell, he's in the 60 FPS setting which would make going down to 30 half speed. In reality, it would only take a minute.

Download dolphin emulator and a sonic heroes rom, open dolphin, click "open" in the toolbar to have dolphin's folder to come up, and drag the disc image file from the sonic_heroes.zip file into dolphin's folder.

There aren't any files that have any other super team besides sonic. Doing so while the codes have been altered for super sonic team may crash.
