Sonic 06 was my first 3D Sonic game and I barely had any problems with it. The only thing I hated about the game was the load screens, the mach speed sections, the snowboarding segments, and that freaking desert ball in Silver’s story.

That was probably the best rendition of that level that you are going to get. Great job mod maker!

I think this really goes to show how valuable it can be to have a modding community for PC games. This guy has taken a level from a bad game and turned it into something that genuinely looks really fun to play. That transition between the acts was amazing. I bought sonic generations for the PC recently just because of these mod levels. I think this is also interesting because it shows maybe sonic 06 was bad just because of its engine - maybe the levels weren't so bad.

Cobi, it would be awesome if you give us a tour around the Soleanna mod to show us where the other characters are since we saw where Tails and Cream.

Cobi, if you enable Omochao in this mod, you'll get some stage dialog into where Sonic will say stuff like "I gotta hurry and save Elise!".

I have a question. I'm trying to record a video of me speedrunning Green Hill. When I was done recording, the video was black. It recorded the sound and music, but not the screen. Also, I use Camtaisia Studio to record. Can you help me?

Imo, instead of the strange custom 3D area that was created right after the first whale part (which seemed to be an import of Shadow's part of the stage from '06), it should have a custom 2D area. I think it would accommodate the stage nicely, since most real stages have 2D and 3D sections in them anyways. The transition to the mach speed was perfect.

i effing love unleashed like a lot. i haven't played generations but it looks good. colors was okay but it lacked the fun gimmicks that made levels in other sonic games so memorable

You can also test an alpha of Dusty Desert (without rings, checkpoints, ennemies, dead zones) by going to the Wave Ocean Portal, push the stick to go to the "Play stage" screen and then push LB.

I like Sonic Lost World too. The boost helped bring out Sonic's concept. In the end you win because he can already run faster than he can in heroes and SA1. -_-

Yea, for the most part you do need one. And as you can tell from the end of this video, his computer could barely keep up with the level mod, so this mod on a console would probably been even worse considering his PC is stronger than consoles that are currently out.

This isn't any ordinary mod, this is a super mod. That's why fraps can't handle it

Notice how when Cobi edited out all the fails in the beginning he lost 10 lives ,, he went from 95 to 85 XD
