Yup, they travel much faster in Heroes though.

The general design of the stage reminds a lot of Sonic Adventure 2 stages, wide and long corridors, good space awareness for navigating or needing use of certain abilities, good grinding sections, and a lot of light dash situations (maybe too dependant, maybe there are some alternatives routes in certain areas but i didn't see them). I really liked it a lot!!!

Is it just me, or is this level unnecessarily huge? Was it scaled up to compensate for Sonic's speed?

I think this Sonic might just be smaller and the camera is zoomed in more than in Heroes giving the illusion of a larger environment. If it's not then they LITERALLY DOUBLED the size since he travels through it at half the pace you do in Heroes.

Alex J umm... Both team Sonic and team Dark have equally long levels, it's just that team Dark has more enemies. Team Sonic = normal, team Dark = hard, and team Rose = easy

I know this was from 2 years ago, but honestly, that looks like some of the most fun you can have in a sonic game!! That looks AWESOME!!!!

This is great, I have alot of ideas for porting levels to Sonic Generations but I'm kind of holding out in case of a Sonic Unleashed PC port, although Sonic Generations levels should in theory be fairly easy to port to Sonic Unleashed

Let's hope Forces gets the same love, or who knows it may even come shipped with a modloader, it isn't impossible with what SEGA have done with the Mega Drive Collection on Steam, I do really want Sonic Unleashed on PC though, modding the Werehog would be so much fun

Politically Incorrect Actually I never got a problem with it. And every time I have a glitch I just take off the disc and put it back again and problem solved (most of the times)

Politically Incorrect I know that there are people who have said that there's a frame rate issue but I never got one, except once but at that time my disc was a bit scratched but problem solved, for now anyways.

In Sonic forces it went from Grand Metropolis to Bland Metropolis.

Background Design in Sonic Forces tho be futuristic,slick and modern

nice to see the sonic gen Pc version still alive and well

When you come back to a level 1 area, with all your level 100 skills **boosts and breaks everything**

This is so dope. I love this so much.

This looks bloody amazing! Almost official! My only complaint is simply that the wall-kick part wasn't that obvious and there was a tad too many trick ramps.

That stage works surprisingly well for an all speed level!

the remaster in boost formula is cool and all but it really makes you appreciate the combat the adventure era but especially heroes had. i feel like its much more fun to casually speedrun games like sonic heroes and adventure cause it feels more like a game instead of the boost forumals reactionary gameplay that feels more like geometry dash or osu based than anything else. maybe thats why i liked the wearhog so much. heaps of freedom and exploration

Just played this level today. I sucked at it, lol. But I had fun. I’m still new to mods, but this was awesome. 👍

Bringing some of the sonic heroes maps back as sonic only missions was genius

Looks pretty cool. To improve, could you also make the lighting a bit more natural with more darker sections and lights to make it pop.

i swear this version is so much better than that ver that angel released where you have to hit a switch and wait for the door to open if i wanted a door switch i would play the original heroes game but in this game it makes sense that you can boost through the door because sonic is more powerful than heroes game era but like most dev's he listened to the cries of the sonic fanbase that are "up and down and all around" (lol) and added switches to slow the pace and wait for the door to open. sigh btw good playthrough m8
