Actually, the song is a "duet" between Sonic and The Knight, Sonic, not knowing that he is doing harm by killing the titans, is telling The Knight that he won't be defeated, and the Knight responding by telling Sonic that he will always hope that Sonic finds its flame, aka, the truth about The End.

Something I just noticed- that part that says "We'll save the day" was left out. Shadow wasn't doing anything to save the day- he did it for Maria. That's a very touching omission.

This is probably the best remix of this song out there. If Shadow had a playable section in Frontiers I imagine it would sound much like this.

Sorry for the year-long wait. My occupation keeps me away from home for 6 days a week and im usually too exhausted to do anything but relax on my day off. This being finished was a miracle that happened thanks to new tools that dramatically sped up my workflow. Im glad you enjoyed it!

Probably the best remix I have ever heard

The part you used at the start is my favorite part of the original song and linking that with Maria supporting Shadow from beyond the grave just sends shivers down my spine. I interpret the "You'll find your flame" as Maria watching over him during the events of SA2 (and maybe beyond) and knowing that he'll figure it out and remember his promise and purpose eventually. Love the bits of All Hail Shadow and Live and Learn in there too
