Sonic's finally joining the ranks of high-action games like Bayonetta, NierAutomata, Devil May Cry and Dragonball games in terms of combat style. He's proving that he got some. Also, when he's on the air with crab enemy, it's reminds me some enemies from NierAutomata I don't know what some are hating on this, because this is far more elaborated than Sonic Adventure.

I'm so excited Fadel! That combat and the framerate looks so clean! Unfortunately I'm getting the game for PS4, since I don't have PS5 or Xbox Series X. So I won't get 60 FPS out of the game, but 30 FPS will be fine as long as it's stable. It's unfortunate that there's still a little pop-in, but that's okay. It looks a lot better now. My only criticism from this trailer, aside from the minor technical problems, is that I feel like the skill tree should be bigger. Maybe as you talk to the elder Kocos in the game it will unlock more moves for it, but still, I'm shocked that there's not many attacks for Sonic when actually looking at the skill tree.

Devil May Cry who? Jokes aside this combat looks very promising, all i can hope is that the game incentivizes the player to use all of their tools and don't create enemies or bosses that are totally disconnected from the combat.DMC5 did this and it payed off.
