1:47 at least in Sonic 06 you can (somewhat) understand it’s lore while playing the game, even if it does get complicated.

And not to mention Infinite Round 3 is basically Metal Sonic reskinned. That’s how you can tell this game was rushed. Especially in the final act.

I feel like if the developers had more time, we could’ve gotten ourselves an interesting game tbh.

Is it weird to say that I’m a little nostalgic for this game? I played it back in 2017 when I was 10 and I am about to turn 17 in about a week. It’s not like I was very good at video games, so a very simple game like this was enough to satisfy me. it’s a really great game from that perspective.

Not really. I mean I have a soft spot for New Super Mario Bros. DS when I played it back in 2010 or 2011 (don’t remember at the moment lol) Obviously as time went on, I played a wider variety of games like Sonic and Metal Gear and whatnot but I guess what I’m trying to say is that we all have that one specific game that we’re nostalgic for. Also happy early birthday.

Oof tough choice. I’d say KFP4 since they could’ve been written out of the story with very few changes. I also think bringing back Shen is conceptually a bad idea.

Tough choice since for both cases only one of them had lines (excluding the real Shadow) I’d say KFP4 since Zavok was at least done somewhat decently. Tai Lung on the other hand was just clickbait for a mid AF movie.

I honestly think Classic Sonic was there to develop Tails as a character, it was executed badly though.

Because of the way it was handled it looks like Tails is Cassic’s Sonic’s sidekick but looking deeper at the story, I think it’s supposed to be the opposite. Again, this was handled very poorly if it’s the case. Though it does make it seem like Tails chaperones Classic Sonic, and is basically in charge of him and even treats him like Classic is his little brother figure at times.

Most of these I haven’t even played yet. But from what I’ve heard, I guess I’d have to go with Rise of Lyric. 06 would probably be a close second from its gameplay alone from what I’ve seen.

I mean people review older stuff all the time. I mean not too long ago Schaffrillas Productions reviewed Kung Fu Panda 2 which came out in 2011. And not to mention I also reviewed Final Fantasy 6 back in August which came out in 1994. I don’t see the problem here.
