Omega does give you speed bc I remember when I seen "speed increased" on his brutal barrier on a update note/ also he doesn't give a boost rather he gives speed like tails shield

The SFSB Wikipedia says the purpose of brutal barrier is damaging opponents and negative damage it did not said increase speed
