nintendo didn't make it, but that's kinda worse look at it like this: you're making a game to compete with Super Mario World and other Super Nintendo Entertainment System games and this is the thing you make a theme that can literally be used in a horror level did they forget who the publisher was, mavbe?

I take back what I said when I heard the theme of guardians (Guardians Awaken) from skyward sword. It's truly nightmare fuel.

You are face to face with it and the cursed blue hedgehog is smiling and pointing behind himself to where he just left tails head as a trophy on a hill in the background. You run pass the cursed hedgehog to see the trophy and you feel crushed when you get down on the floor. After that you get angry 3 seconds later and looking back at him as he does a demonic laugh and licks the blood of tails from it’s thumb causing blood to get on his yellow grin while Kevin Macleod’s “hitman” plays as you get ready to charge at him with a punch
