Actually, That Exe in the video is based on OG Sonic.exe (JC The Hyena).

After i researched the thumbnail of this video, i got these words of sonic.exe: - "I am you" - "No hope" - "Trapped" - "Failure" - "Times up" - "Speak" (or "Freak") - "No escape" - "HAHA" And the picture of the left is the gameplay of Sonic.exe 2011 remake, where sonic played that game.
