I do agree the it's a mix between Sonic & Megaman but it also have a bit of Pulseman within Berserk Boy's attacks.

Well, Pulseman is basically the OG Sonic + Megaman mix.

Odd coincidence I just finished watching a dub of the Sonic and Megaman crossover comic. Also I realised the main narrative difference between the two franchises; Megaman is strictly science *fiction* whereas Sonic started as science fiction but over time became science *fantasy.*
