I watched the first release of this fangame (5/6 years ago) and the advancement in graphics and zones (demo = gh 1 and 2) is fantastic!! If this continues, it will only improve.

This is certainly a well designed fan hack. Love the tracks and graphics. I will say though nothing beats the classics though.

would be difficult with all things Sega is doing: Sonic Frontiers, Knuckles' Movie Series, Sonic Prime, and possible Sonic 3 Movie, taking in count, Sonic 2 HD was being under development since 2017, i know it's just a group of fans, and without invertions, would be hard to design 5 Sonic games in HD for Sega.
