@@13dg back there also have many international artist want to collab w 2NE1 but they to busy w their AON world tour back then, and in 2015 CL also participated to collab w justin w her hits called " let me love u " but CL ignore that, lady gaga, jessi j, ari and nicki have said on one variety show but i dont know if it record or not but they have said they want to collab w Queen CL.. i dont know y but in YG i see GD have connection w international artist but CL have more !

After 2ne1 disbanded, Dara still misses recording and performing. And when she was asked on why she still did not release a solo song, she said that all her life, 2ne1 only worked with teddy, and she doesn't have the confidence to ask for a song now that she is alone, it breaks my heart :((((

This is the answer to the question "Why does BP songs sounds like 2ne1 songs?" The composer is the same. If you're a avid fan of a composer/producer, no matter what the genre of the song is, you'll eventually hear his own sound in the song.

Yes teddy is rich af with his royalties. But did u know that B.I had overtaken both Teddy and GD in 2018 to become the highest earner at KOMCA from royalties. He said in an interview that he can buy two imported cars a month with his royalties.

No, most of the bigbang’s songs were produced by them themselves with a Little help from teddy! You can SEARCH them and see that the Prod are by gdragon, taeyang, t.o.p and teddy

Teddy just helped produce all those mentioned songs but the lyrics are all self made by yg artist and thats what we called talent. Bigbang, 2ne1, ikon, and winner.

I think it can be safely said that Teddy produces 90% of what YG releases ... if he ever decided to leave (highly doubt it considering he now has a sub label under YG) there would go all of YG's hits. In all honesty, Teddy has a distinct sound that you can tell when he's behind the making of songs.

actually, teddy is co-produce GD, GD write all the liryck and compose, Teddy and GD produce together.
YG's unique sound that gives his artists that YG color is from Teddy if you know what I mean. the songs produced by him have less of the typical kpop feel and a little more hip hop feel (he did originate from a hip hop group haha) also just FYI, just because his name is included as a producer in all these songs doesn't mean his name was the only one or the first one listed, meaning many of these had co-producers

I think Teddy has more bigger part as a producer on Bigbang because at the end Teddy is the one who is arranging their songs becomes like that. YGE has a "tradition" esp for their main artist such Bigbang, 2Ne1, Ikon, Blackpink must be related with Teddy's finishing touch. The samples that they put on the songs basically are a lot comes from Teddy so for me fairly to said that Teddy is the main producer here because producing isn't only about composing or writing it's much more than that. GD is one of the most talented composer in YGE but as a producer Teddy has a lot of power in Bigbang cs. 😉✌🏼️
