I have listened to Jackie 1,000 times over my lifetime... never have i ever noticed the G chord in verse 1. Nor have i ever heard anyone describe her vocal brilliance so eloquently. Thank you for this beautiful tribute.
She is my perfectly imperfect idol and role, model, and princess
My mother was the same and it affects you all your life. Like Sinead, I felt feelings of relief and sadness when my mother passed. It’s so hard to understand. RIP Sinead … you are a legend. ❤❤

My Mother was like Sinèads. It hunt you live through. Singing and songwritting was also my way to let the pain out. Rest in peace Sinèad.
A fitting tribute to an absolute genius, forever in my heart
😢 I’m devastated by her story- I’m sure Joni Mitchell is also mourning this beautiful soul’s passing. She wrote a song about Magdelane Laundries. Details of Sinead’s life mirror my own, and so I sit here writing this wanting to sing her music. And I can. So I will. This was great, thank you for making this little documentary.
We'll never see the likes of you again, Shuhada. Sleep in peace 🕊
Its a truly exceptional song, and easily one of her best. Its an extremely underrated minimalist masterpiece, and deserves more attention. Thank you for making this video.
Shes was the best💯🙏
the music and singing was phenominal
She’s a true artist ❤.
Beautiful tribute. Such an amazing spirit. Her life was truth.
Rest in paradise,beautiful soul Sinead❤
Lying in the cobra one of my favourite albums baby I’m hoping I get this for Christmas baby. I’m going over youngest vans. I’m 23 years old but I love Sneed.
So well told. Thanks very much.
Great stuff. Thank you.
And now she's gone. 😢
"Ninguém vai comparar a você."🙏🕊🎶❤👩👦
Brilliant video. I can't to see more!
so Very sorry Sinead

I’m glad you continue releasing music until she died because even though yeah she had a lot less fans she heard me and she still has me as her fan I’m 23 years old that’s how young I am. She died just this year July 26, 2023 I’m 23 years old. She was my idol besides Dolores or Riordan floors Reardon was my first day on my second do you know what I’m glad they were and I’m glad they are even though they’re dead. They’re dead now, but they’re still my role models. They’re still my influence in my life And you know what if I didn’t have those singers in my life I probably wouldn’t be who I am today. I’m an artist I right I’m a writer because of them and I am confident in myself because of them and I’ve been there fan Dolores and Sinead Dolores since I was nine and should need since I was 13 years old and I still will be till I die tell I’m dead and in heaven that is how long I will be a fan for.
Such a great subject! Love your videos ❤️

🅰️ It deserves an A plus. 💯We can all truly recognize how he appreciated/ Respected this shining, Soul. She really was quite the Human Being and SUNG with such tremendous heart. ( still vibrates our heartstrings doesn’t it) Feel Her Blessings in most of her musical lyrics & offerings. Thank goodness she learned to find a way to heal some of her pain by creating such Beauty in amongst the troubles of our winding, Weird but Wonderful World. Have to just pause, and Admire her perspectives and spirit, and Power chord choices! Her presence is missed…. But NOT Forgotten! Remembering you, Ms. S. 🙏🏼. Grateful for the time that was put gathering this Ode to Jackie!
Excelente vídeo! Parabéns! 🇧🇷
Foarte emotionant.
R.I.P. 😢❤🙏🏻
Very well-made video👏🏻
I love Jackie. It's a powerful song. I love your musical analysis and otherwise. I do agree Shuhada was not perfect. However, she was a powerful woman and icon. She had also a powerful and unique voice, powerful composer, and a good musician. She stood against child abuse, patriarchal gender norms and stereotypes which seem to be so acceptable nowadays again under a different format. She also stood against Ireland's ravage by the British Empire and the financial gain the Catholic Church obtained in the process and against racism. She was wise in many ways and in other ways she was too generous with some men, her parents, brother Joe, Madonna, and completely forgets the root of all evil is child abuse including her mental health issues. Her reversion to Islam was shocking to me, but in some ways I also understand, she could change her name with the meaning she chose. A meaning which bears truer to her than the one given by her parents. She was also then able to renounce the Catholic Church and apostate finally with no doubt. She also thought a pimp was sweet for spending his money in putting up a dungeon. He had a illusory view of this dude. Her attachment to religion was not for me. And her confusion at times about sexism was not something that I can vouch for either. But she had her own experience and her own opinions, her own mistakes to make and it's not for me to decide those for her. She was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. It was incredible medical negligence and malpractice. She was diagnosed then correctly with CPTSD which is quite different to PTSD in many ways and borderline personality disorder. I suspect she was also diagnosed with an eating disorder. She did say she had 3 mental health diagnosis. BPD, I feel wasn't right either and AuDHD would have been more accurate. But yeah her mental health struggles count for some of her outbursts. I think her behaviour doesn't need excuses but the behaviour against her has no excuse for it. These people should be the ones explaining themselves and properly apologising for it. Rest in power, Shuhada.
Phil can take a flying leap off a short boardwalk
I love Kris Kristofferson. The real deal
Very interesting video.

Same same I have to fight them dated not to restart all over again I’ve done it. I’ve restarted it along the same song five times.
Now granted yes, Sinead O’Connor’s popularity, plump plummeting down. She never had very many people who liked her at that point after everything that happened but I’m glad on the fan. Yes I’m 23 years old and I know what she did but she still my idol she still my role model she stole my princess and the reason being is because I would rather be my idol then some fucking millennial stupid ass who fucking his popular only because that’s what’s trending and yeah, her music never had the same highs or popularity anymore but that’s what I love about her. She may have been an outcast and not many people like her but that’s what I love about her because she made Me, confident in myself to be myself because I have disabilities. I have low vision and I have CP and I was always bullied and made fun of all the time and saw Dolores and Sinead. It was always a great inspiration and comfort to me.
I’ve been herloyal and dedicated fan since I was 13 years old baby I love you my princess my other idol is Dolores Riordan she’s my queen baby. I’ve been seeing her since I was nine.
She is not perfect but that’s what I love about her because I’m not perfect either.
First 😎‼️‼️
