I grew up Roman Catholic but left the church decades ago. I've studied and been exposed to so many more things in the world. Then I come across this. I start following along and singing the Latin. I have a feeling that fills my chest like its going to burst. I start crying, even as I type this. i don't know what going on with me...

Hey man, same: raised Catholic, and then lived in the world, only to realize it had nothing of substance to offer me; now, I'm returning to Christ and His Church, who I must admit is what I've been looking for all this time: my true love and holy passion.

Please members of this community help me by praying for my family and I. We live in a small town in Mexico in the state of Jalisco where a drug cartel has come to hide and our once rather serene lives have changed negatively. Latin is, wrt the Catholic Church, a sacred language. Gregorian Chant - yeah. You might like the Gradual d' St Alienor d' Bretagne - Gregorian chant, sung mostly by Dominican nuns (from memory) - Latin, but with a thick French (Breton?) accent.

Back then, i was so scared to listen this cus i thought this chant was not in the scripture. I was a protestant back then..i was so curious of catholic teaching. At the age of 23, i saw it was an oppurtunity to learn all the history the old Church and meet the faithful people. Now im converted to Catholic and I am so happy that i am able to discover this. I have never felt this joy when entering the catholic church. And this song i listen everywhere i go. It strengthen my soul to fight the bad spirits. We live in multidimensional world. So the battle is daily. Jesus is in our heart. And always protect us everywhere we are as long as we believe Him!

No soy católico, pero está canción me salvó la vida. Tuve un experiencia muy profunda en uno de mis viajes por Latinoamérica. Tuve un sueño en donde escuchaba esta canción, en mi sueño un coro me rodeaba y entonaba esta canción. Recuerdo estar viendo en mi sueño una imagen de Jesucristo sangrando por cada poro, mirándome con amor y misericordia. En ese momento de mi vida estaba muy deprimido y llevaba pidiéndole a Dios que me diera luz. Pasaron varios meses antes de poder encontrar esta canción, busque casi por 6 meses, hasta hace dos noches que volví a tener el mismo sueño y recordé la frase vade retro Satana. Lo busque en KZread y no podía creer que está fuera la misma canción que había escuchado en mi sueño. Me siento muy bendecido y agradecido con Dios por haberme salvado, no sé qué hubiera sido de mi sin este rezo. Gracias.

Deixo aqui meu testemunho. Meu nome é gisleine , andava muito triste pois estou no trabalho no qual eu não gosto e ganho muito pouco. Eu tenho três filhos e tudo anda muito difícil. Estava pensando em trocar de emprego mas sempre ficava com medo. Ontem a noite apareceu esse vídeo era umas 23:20 da noite então assisti um pouco e depois quase no final eu fiz a oração. E Jesus me libertou daquilo que era dúvida. Creio que o mal estava me aprisionando no lugar aonde eu não queria estar e agora eu decido sair daqui com a fé que Deus vai me arrumar algo melhor e que eu consiga sustentar minha casa. This prayer is so strong. It has protected and conforted me, so many times, i cannot count. Minutes ago, my wife had a negative sleep experience and did not want to sleep. We repeated the chant several times(even feeling goosebumps, like there was a negative influence presente, reluctant to leave the room. And i put san Benedictus medal on her hand.)and she could finaly sleep, wile praying.

When I was a young teen, living in poverty and often angry with God for the suffering I saw, one night as I was sleeping in my grandmothers room alone I awoke to a horrible growl next to the bed within the darkness, I heard it loud and clear, Full of anger & hatred. I began to shake in fear but something within me told me not to be afraid, I held to the name of Jesus Christ , and began praying Our father. Then the room felt at peace, I fell back to sleep. I haven’t really told anyone the details, but I knew there was something evil in that house. This reminded me of that infernal sound that came to me that night long ago I buried in my memory, and how the lord always shielded me from evil. Thank you.

I've had a number of dreams about werewolves, and have endured nightmares about escaping from slow-creeping volcanoes my whole life.... These dreams are actually rarely distressing, but there was one specific instance where I didn't think I was asleep yet and heard a brief growl SO convincing I actually startled in bed to see where it came from. 🤔 Since I was raised Catholic-on a spiritual diet of "Be not afraid"-and still count myself so, I shrugged it off. The Lord is in control, and will spare us if we but give His holy name in our defense.... It's not really a joking matter, but the surety I feel about this leaves me feeling like the Frenchmen from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"- "Cup of Christ? Oh yes, we've already got one! Now gew awey!" 😄 100% legit, that.

When I was going through cancer treatments I came across a St Benedict medal from a deceased priest; once I had that I had no more consistent pain from my surgery incisions. Not that ALL pain left me, but the consistent pain was just ... gone. I carried that with me for a couple years after surgery and still have it at my desk today. God Bless!

I just knew this during my spiritual awakening. For years, I always had nightmares and sleep paralysis. After I bought the St Benedict Medallion together with the rosary. I always put it under my pillow when I'm going to bed. No more nightmares for a year. And I always bring it wherever I travel to keep me safe. Thank you 🙏

When a relative from Italy (she's a nun) sent me a Benedictine cross and a prayer paper I start to feel chills and I felt like the evil that roams my house is being condemned back to hell Thank you St. Benedict and God

In a phase where I took the decision to start fasting on Wednesday and Friday and only eat bread and water. Couple of days later maybe 1 or 2 days later, I was alone in the house, prayed and went to bed, as I was going to bed it was almost 2:45am,by accident I barely touch it and the glass bottle that I usually drink from fell from the table and broke. I thought it is weird since I usually never break anything or drop stuff. it was a big pain to clean the glass, the water and everything late at this hour. I had to wake up early as well for work the next morning. So I started to play pslam90/91 while cleaning, and praying in my head, submitting everything to Christ. After a bit, this video started playing and I had some realization in me and what I felt what very significant. Hearing this prayer was around 3:00 am made me realize that even the smallest things in our life are a spiritual war, and that even in small issues that might sound insignificant, the greatest of wars can be fought. We can glorify the name of God in so many ways by accepting everything that is thrown at us from the enemy. By turning everything to God, He will bless us in so many graces and victories in His mighty name,

My spiritual director he do exorcism by starting with this prayer my faith in jesus became tooooooo deep not by seeing miracles in jesus name but exorcims i had noticed an hindu preiest doing exorcism but there possesed one is not at all disturbed but i saw a catholic priest performing exorcism when ever the priest start in jesus name the man be like he swallowed burning iron ball that much disturbed the priest cast out the demon, i was crying there because such powerful lord we have but i didnt believe him before times now jesus my hero leader BOSS

For those who think the lion sound effects are just alegorical, you should read the story of St Anthony the great (Anthony of Egypt or Anthony Abbot) we was phisically attacked by demons who shapeshifted into wild animals. Also St . George did slay a demon who took the shape of a dragon.

I searched this Saint and his battles with the demon. But the demon had the reason to attack him because he was a saint. In my case, I´m experiencing something like that. For example, When I´m in bed ready to sleep I hear some weird sounds like those wild animals and last night they touched strongly my bed twice. I woke up and I started to praise the rosary. Why am I facing this? I´m not a saint like St Anthony. I said to them that the more they bother me, the merrier I´m going to pray. Sometimes I hate pray Rosary, but I do because my faith is much stronger than my body desires. Pray for me. Thanks for sharing this fact about this saint.

ESO es cierto porque yo resava El Rosario en Latin y una vis repetia lo que decia en mi pido pero no le ponia atencion ya que El demonio trata de perturbarlo auno.

I listen to Harpa Dei to prepare myself for prayer. I listen during prayer and even sometimes pray with them. These wonderful Catholics are helping preserve our traditional and sacred Catholic prayers. Preserving them in the languages of their origin from our many Catholic brethren. I am so grateful. We are all well served by this apostolate.

This video makes me feel the way the Catholic Church is headed…we will be hunted for having “ridged” faith and we will be forced to hold our Lord’s hand in underground cathedrals away from the paper tigers eyes..they wish us harm but we hold the faith and fear only our Lord God. Deus Vult!

I was once put in charge of a Church outside of a small village overseas. I'd play this from the church on a daily basis, and though, I never intended to scare people or cast fear in they're hearts, wild animals began to come from the wilderness into the church yard to form an audience for this very video version of the Chant. I miss my Church, I pray my miracles and prophecy are one day confirmed by the Roman Catholic Church. Not so that I may be remembered as a person, but so that all people receive further proofs that God is omnipresent and will never abandon the future generations of his children who seek him out. Try and locate a source of Holy Water (a good priest will do so for you) that you can use yourself and take into churches with missing holy water

a demon plagued my mind. i saw him in my dream twice he waved me off in my own home. my grandmother randomly gave me two bracelets of St. Benedict i kept these inner battles to myself i learned the prayer of both saint Benedict & St. michael and these plaguing thoughts become weak as well as a chilling presence that follows me

I cannot believe it has taken me two years to find this!!! God has all things planned! It's so beautiful... I was born roman catholic but my family isn't religious... I've been trying to find lots of resources, reading the bible, watching videos, talking to religious people. I really want to be in this religion but I just can't make myself belief. I just never have, even as a child. I think I can't. In the meantime.. I'll be glad to be able to listen to this.

“I can’t make myself belief”, actually that’s a great point, because you gotta stop believing you gotta do it all by yourself, it’s not about you, it’s about God, so you need to start talking with him and asking him the gift of the Faith. Go to his Church and talk with him, and told him you wanna know him and you wanna know if his real and that you need faith.. Investigation, logical thinking and other stuff won’t make you a believer, you need to feel the presence of God, and if you’re feeling interested is because he’s already calling you!
