Very lucky as a child my parents took me to Dick Gibson's Jazz Parties and I got to hear this spectacular duo play!

Just beautiful, !ove it. Thanks for putting it on you tube. Still have it on a cassette, that was taped from a Saint Louis radio station, many many years ago.

I had a chance to stay and play with Bob Wilber before he passed on. Lovely musician and some great stories. I also saw Kenny Davern in Ipswich, England. Here they are playing with so much warmth from the heart. Thanks for the comment.

Don Wolff used to start and end his show, “I Love Jazz”, on KMOX with this. I love hearing it, as it takes me back to a great time in my life.
