Since once you said there aren't any challenging songs in bandori, you can do Setsuna Trip on Special if you want :).

Coming back at speed 11! 0,1 really makes a difference, I only play at 10,4 but can do Roku Chounen, idk if I’m slow, waiting next video, really hope it’s as big as you say it’s going to be.

Also try to change the speed if u play on slow speed it helped me a lot and I got better!

How do you record these? I've been trying to record gameplay myself with a phone on a shelf but it's not looking too good hahah. I'd really like to film something like you do

i was gonna put a long response but i got kinda lazy and it might be easier and quicker to read. quick answer, camera stand. you could screen record but it wouldn’t show your hands.

I feel so inferior playing on 7.5 speed compared to the majority of Bang Dream players playing on 9+ speed

Just tune it up to 9,5 or something barely playable, play about 10 songs or so on that speed. Then play on 9 and it will feel just about normal. Playing higher speeds really helps, just add 0,1 or 0,2 everyday or so, to improve (or don’t, idk).
