Son of Lou Conter says father's legacy defined by military service, faith and family
Lieutenant Commander Lou Conter of Grass Valley was the last living survivor of the U.S.S. Arizona, which sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor. He died on April 1 and will be laid to rest on Friday.
