Y'know what'd be cool for someone to make, is a mod that brings back all the creepy from the earliest played versions of Minecraft. Like the old textures, the fog, the feeling of being watched, random eyes in caves, random 2x2 tunnels popping up, y'know, the works.

These features NEED to be added to the From the Fog mod. IK there are PSX shaders that bring back the fog, but Herobrine could use an update.

I have actually made something like that! It's called Retro Vision and it tries to replicate Alpha Minecraft as close as possible with the inclusion of horror mods :D

Yo Swayle make a house with a trench around it of 3 deep and 2 wide, you can easily get that jump and monsters can't and also place trapdoors on the edges so that they walk over it and then fall, that always works, that's what I've seen in other youtubers videos seen

This is awesome! downright scary too. i love the new mods. especially the one with the knocking. that stuff made me jump quite a bit! can't wait for episode 2! also hope you have a great vacation Swayle!

When you build your house you should add like a farm and barn next to it. Also, If you build on the surface you should make like a castle wall thats like 5 blocks tall with lots of watch towers, but the only way in is a like a water way or a trapdoor.

Mod suggestion You should add this mod called star worm equestrian It’s not a scary mod but you get upgraded horses but you need a special new ore Called catazirite and you need to make a potion out of it You’ll find it at diamond level

What shaders are those? They look really nice, and it'd be epic if it were one compatible with Distant Horizons. In case you didn't know, Distant Horizons (allows to generate Level Of Detail chunks beyond your render distance, can be set to only show pre-generated chunks or generate the terrain like normally) is compatible with certain shaderpacks. In short, shadows can also generate in the LOD chunks far beyond your RD and it's surprisingly light. Though you still need a relatively beefy computer to get some great visuals. Installing a lot of optimization mods allows me to get decent fps with shaders on medium settings. Edit: Build a saddle roof. I've done a few of them. It's a lot of work and there's not much planning you can do (as it all depends on the dimensions of your house, and how steep you want the angles to be), but once it's done it looks great. By the way, I only made them once in a survival world. It took me about 3 full in-game days to get it done. Seriously, add True Darkness. It already makes basic minecraft terrifying as you cannot see anything that's artificially lit. Only when there's a full moon (default setting, you can change it) will the brightness be like default minecraft.
