It's insane how deep and sobering some song lyrics are! If you take the time to listen, unpack the lyrics, and apply the truths accordingly we wouldn't suffer in romance and relationships like we do! 💔 So many of us find ourselves in spaces like these NOT knowing any better and it leads to pain!! Life is not easy It's layered, confusing, and messy; Even with the beautiful parts We are fortunate enough to experience! So we have to do our best to support & educate ourselves in order to avoid connecting ourselves to people that will only hurt us in the end! This song just goes to show you to never put a man or woman on a pedestal cause their feelings might not be as strong as yours

I was involved with a severely emotionally damaged woman. I tried for 22 years to fixed her. No matter how much I loved her, she was never going to get better. She needed therapy and because I didn't recognize it earlier, I need therapy. I knew if I would have stayed with her, something horrible was going to happen. It's been nearly 4 months since I've moved on. Sometimes love ain't enough.
