Thanks for clarifying that! I meant that ARD is the largest broadcasting network, but I wasn‘t aware that not all of Germany would have received the NDR broadcast (NDR = part of the network). And yes, there is still bias, but it made me hopeful enough that something might be changing in public perception. The poem by Dieter Hallervordern is one of the most touching pieces of art I have seen in a long time and we will distribute it here on our network in a few days as well. Anyone accusing Mr Hallervordern of Anti-Semistism for this is just so clearly out of their mind that they can‘t be taken serious by anyone.

Minimum as much as nearly all other nations...Spain in South America , Portugal in Japan and Philippines, white Americans against indigenes people, Netherlands South Africa , Moros against Spanish Christians, rewarded by Christian Crusaders in the socalled Holy Lands. Thank you for giving us who don't know German the opportunity to hear this criticism coming from the German press. I'm reminded of the time, early in Ukraine conflict that German gov't displayed a wrecked Russian tank in a public square in Berlin. The people covered it with flowers, showing their understanding of Russian position. Let's always remember that the feelings of the people are often different from those shown by gov'ts.

According to Christian Tams’ claim at the ICJ - which was apparently airtight - Germany does not deliver military equipment to Israel! Nicaragua lost the case. Based on this very damning report, i do not understand how Christian Tams was able to present his solid testimony in defence of the German government.

Didn't Germany get in trouble back in the '30s and '40s for something like this? You'd think they would want to avoid having a repeat. Throw Netanyoohoo in jail!

Your English narrator is very well-spoken, Pascal! I hope it's a real person, and not an AI. I've been shocked by Germany's response to both Ukraine and Gaza. I thought they had become a very sensible country. But the whole of the EU has been discredited as a union to prevent war, which was always its USP. They should have sent the diplomats into the Donbas Region, to mediate in the Ukrainian Civil War. Instead they ignored the attacks on the Russian speakers of East Ukraine, and provided weaponry to the oppressors. As a result, tens of thousands of young Ukrainians are dead. They have blood on their hands.

I think Germany just feels bad for what they did in WW2 so they think this will make up for its actions.
