I would like to see Gabby, Mckenzie, and Abby make the 200 team. There are a number of others who are capable, but these are my picks.

In my opinion Gabby and Mckenzie are favourites. I personally would love to see Abby making her first Olympic team and 200m will be her chance. But Sha'carri is strong in the 200m and she has a fair chance of making the team in 200m as well. USA trials can get so cruel sometimes. Imagine running a sub 22 and not going to the Olympics....

I hope Gabby is not injured again this year and I hope Abby is now fully recovered from her operation. If both can get back to their peak condition, it will make for a great 200m Olympic trials competition

I like your video. Good information, videos and commentary. You are right, this will be one of the most highly contested events at the trials

Nobody is in sub 22 shape. 22.1 takes it.

Historically, college athletes fizzle out at the Trials, I say pros make the 200m team 🇺🇸

Yeah but it's unpredictable right. Remember in 2022 Steiner produced a 21.77 and won the nationals to make the US team after a hectic NCAA season.

@TrackAndFieldAllDay and then wasn't ready for Worlds 200m, no collegiate athlete will be ready for the Olympics, so what if they make the team, it's a wasted spot, we need pros to represent us strong at the games

@kc5466 yes, but it's even rare when collegiate athletes even make an individual team but when they do they cannot hold form for the championships

@@ronester1 it’s rare because not many are good enough to contend. But the senior collegiate athletes like McKenzie will make a great appearance at trials and might even run personal bests at trials. Like Abby Steiner did. But at the Olympics they won’t win any medals cuz their momentum would have gone away because too much time has passed since the collegiate season ended.

I thought I heard that Sydney M. Levrone has filed for the 400m open and the 200m, along with her 400 m race at the US trials. Not sure she can do all 3 but she can do 2 of these events based on the US trials' schedules. This would be insane.

Richardson will be lucky if she makes the 200m final. She's definitely favored in the 100m, but NO where close to being top 3 in the 200m.

Kong will probably get 3 or 4rh

It will be a great shock if Long doesn't make the team. After all she is the world leader in the event.

​@TrackAndFieldAllDay I wouldn't be surprised if Long doesn't make it because her goal was to peak at NCAA Champs, the pros will shoot for peaking at USA Olympics Trials, it would be more of an upset if either Gabby Abby or Sha'carri does not make the team

@ronester1 Good!! Only person who can challenge her in America in the 200m is a healthy Gabby/Abby/Sydney. Long if she still has gas in the tank.
