Something must have happened at Hermès because I just walked into the boutique and bought a bag. Just like that!! No waitlist. Just: "Do you have this?" "Yes. I'll grab it for you."
That just hasn't happened very often and never when it's about a handbag. So in conclusion, there must have been a policy change but more to that in the video.
