Maybe they are becoming radical because the west has been threatening to remove aide if some countries don’t accept radical lgbt rights in there countries

As Christians we should stop being self righteous, judgemental , you have opened my eyes. I'm not even perfect, and there's more love in the world than in the church I tell.

This was beautiful May. Very sad but beautifully presented. It really brings the message home. It’s funny how the oppressed don’t realise when they are also oppressors. Praying for a more peaceful and loving world. I believe it will come eventually but it has to get worse before it can get better.

Dear Cynthia, my heart hurts for all of my fellow African queer cousins and beloved....I felt hopeless and guilt for being so far...safe... Honestly, I also never felt the need to "over identify" with my queerness, not hide it but also not over center it, but with everything happening, I feel a strong sense of urgency,.... it is things like this that often radicalizes people who just wanted to be. I know we are not alone nor powerless...we might be only a minority but we are a strong, creative and resilient one...

I love the title of the video also" someone's queer african daughter ". South Africa even with its all its laws is an unsafe country for queer african daughters as well.

It pains my heart to hear that Grace because somehow, SA always felt like the little African hope for changes for queer people. I was sadden to see on posts about the bill in Uganda, many South African, mostly men, wishing the same measures had been taken in SA....it is exhausting, the inability for people to let people simply be...

It's honestly the harshest law criminalizing sexuality in 2023 such as being sentence to life in prison, being blackmailed, fear of being outed , beaten, arrested.

The statement of the president saying LGBTQ is western influence, its completely not rational. Since human existed so has LGBTQ. I remember a friend that said no one is the first person in their family blood line to be part of LGBTQ community.

It is so wild but honestly it shouts of the incompetence of our leaders...they know so little about their own world, culture and history since everything before foreign invasion is seen as "our African-dark-ages" with nothing of value to offer....it would be embarrassing if it was not already so tragic.

Sorry dear. No one’s afraid of people who have alternative lifestyles. Yet, most of us are afraid of disobeying our creator. Your sexual behavior is your choice but should not be promoted or pushed on others, which is a form of bullying. We all have our own belief and it’s just not the same as yours for most/many. I believe that your lifestyle is just as much as a sin as mine. However, most of you think that what you are doing is not a sin; and that’s where we part ways. Don’t get it twisted. I came for your locs which are beautiful; and nothing else.

"However, most of you think that what you are doing is not a sin; and that’s where we part ways. " Who then is pushing their lifestyle and worldview on who? I do not care to push my worldview/lifestyle on anyone nor do I want the same to be done to me or others. I believe that your god and your beliefs are yours alone and your right (which I would protect for your to have), just like a buddhist, muslim, jewish, sikh has the right to belief and live differently without enforcing their beliefs of sin into the law. It should never interfere with the rights of other humans to choose for themselves - that is the issue.... Also, you are welcome to stay but please know that this is not a loc channel but about holistic living, healing and personal sovereignty🌻M.

@@mayiinbloom You and your set are always comparing and promoting your lifestyle on others, just like heterosexuals. For example: Movies, religion, education gods etc; are always challenged in order to get your point or curriculum across/enforced. I believe in separatism with this subject. Y’all have your institutions separately and be happy. Personally, I have nothing against the people who live that lifestyle, but don’t want to see the act at all, cause it just don’t resonate with my spirit; and that’s my choice. But naw, your community wants everyone to support and embrace on every level. Children can’t even learn without hearing about the lifestyle in America. I know that America is a cesspool of Sodom and Gomorrah here. All I can say is ‘do you’ and bye!
