🌟 ~ I literally saw that video during the weekend. 😯 ~ It's not about beinging better than anyone. I'm just better than where I have been. ~ I have always clapped my hands during that song. It's more fun when you are at skating area. ~ I do need to quit smoking cigarettes. I'm allergic to the patches and the nicotine gum. I tried the patches twice and during the 2nd time, I broke out in hives all over body. The nicotine gum caused my throat to try to close up within seconds. When I took the sensation class, I couldn't take those options. Plus, the person running the class actually advised me to not quit smoking at that moment because my stress levels were just too high.
