I agree with your conclusion. Twin Flames are usually not glorified romantic partners. Yes he said that and it was weird a guy being scared of his “ex”. I think it’s narcissistic abuse he going thru but he lied and said it was work was the problem. And i felt the hiding something huge. Been apart for months i ended it but hoped he would come Knocking apologizing but nope.
