At 6:46 You can hear them saying a full sentence, saying "How did it get inside?!" by saying one word to each other. They took turns saying a word. JJ said "how" Mikey said "did" You get the meaning. It's kinda like the one-word storytelling game I used to play, where people gather around in a circle and must tell a story by only saying one word, then it's the next person's turn.
