Facts

I have been a loner pretty much ever since I was born. I have never felt alone in fact I function better when I am alone. I was mocked and made fun of because of that for a long time up until I was in my mid 30s. I cannot be around toxic people because I get physical symptoms from being around those sort of people and every time I told these people that that’s how I feel they tried to flip the script on me and tell me that I have a problem. I am a person with a big warm heart, high values, and integrity I have been giving people the benefit of the doubt for as long as I can remember. This has been going on for so long that one day I just could not take it any longer because it started to affect my health in a very drastic way and one day I just stopped talking altogether and that was a big wake up call for all these so called family members and friends. And now they are scared AF because they haven’t heard a word come out of my mouth for 4 years now.

That's exactly what I did, went silent and ghost on everybody, including my family because I refuse to keep being around toxic people effecting my health. We only have one life and I refuse to live my life the way others want me to for their own selfish gain.
