He has respected Emma and Thyers relationship despite the fact that Thyer hounds on him he has only broke when pushed to his limit thus causing a fight and him saying some stuff to Emma will in a state of drunkenness but over all has handled things very well considering how hes been treated. Until he finally gets up the nerve to tell Emma he still loves her thus causing her to choose and her then choosing Ethan because lets face it she loves Ethan always has

No, she dumped his ass and never got back together with him because he obviously still had a thing for Sutton, he slept with her the night of that party after he got drunk.

Thayer was never the winner, when they were together, all she wanted was ethan.

He didn't cheat on Emma when he kissed Sutton at the ranch. It was only a kiss. He didn't fall in love with her or slept with her. When he did sleep with Sutton at the cabin in s. 2, he and Emma were done, so he didn't 'screw her over'. She was actually almost as easy as Sutton because she did the asking at the motel on the Coachella trip. It was Ethan who changed his mind. He clearly did love Emma so much that he backed off that night.
