I'm glad you reviewed the new Undefined Beauty spf! I have the original (medium warm) shade and the cast is there but very minimal and I enjoy the glow and application. It's the only mineral spf I've repurchased! I still love my chemical sunscreens but am loving that this one is spf 50 versus my other spf 40 options.

I am so glad for this. I've been using the Olay Mineral since 2021 that you reviewed and was soooooo sad when they discontinued it. Now I feel good about trying this version.

The Olay sounds possible for my skin type. I do know that Lab Muffin has talked about how re: caste that people can sometimes rub in sunscreen too much instead of trusting it to settle down. That's not necessarily going to work for all sunscreens but I hadn't even considered that.

i'm currently using the "LIVE TINTED HUE GUARD HUEGUARD SPF 30" that you recommended in a previous video, but as i've been chronicling in my vlogs, the sunscreen hunt is a constant struggle 😅 this was the easily accessible option that doesn't scream lifeguard lol. applying in layers is so key, that helps like 75% with the white cast, but anyway thank you for this video because i definitely need to get a perfect (or more perfect) option and i see a few i'm adding to my list

Who actually convinced you to come back and do another mineral sunscreen review. I got to give that person a hand cuz even I gave up and have started and now lovev chemical sunscreens! I'm interested in the black owned brand and the new Olay one but also I found a really great chemical sunscreen and it's only 17 and it's at Sephora so the sales coming up and I can get a couple of them with the 20% off so probably not going to try anything else right now but you know it's good to know

lmaoooo! I'll (probably) always do mineral sunscreen reviews but I wait until I've accumulated enough of them to make a full video. And because I've tried so many already, I don't see too many new ones.

And rose Inc for me was like putting mayonnaise on my face and my skin is very dry. I couldn't, I tried even in cold weather.

I've been waiting on this video ever since I saw your short on Olay discontinuing their mineral sunscreen. I KNOW you must Know someone at Olay that you can talk to about this. Why oh why would they discontinue s perfectly good sunscreen. Ok on to the video. Hope there is a replacement in this video. Love what you do!

You should try Cotz Richly Tinted facial sunscreen. It’s pretty good.

That one was not the move for me. I looked like an oil slick and while dark, it didn’t quite match my complexion, stained my facial hair, hairline, and clothing. I returned to Ulta for a full refund. Not to mention, it felt heavy and awful on my face.

I tried it. Would not recommend for men. Heavy, oily, stains clothing, facial hair, and hairline. A hot mess.

Is it ok to layer a chemical sunscreen with a mineral sunscreen?

Why would Olay mess with the mineral formula? They had a winner in the mineral spf in the red bottle. Why are these companies always fixing things that aren't broken. So annoying.

I stand corrected. They DID replace the red bottle one with the sensitive skin one. They discontinued the red bottle mineral sunscreen a few weeks ago.

But what is the difference between the sensitive spf and the Regenerist spf ? Ingredient-wise it seems mostly the same, except for the colloidal oatmeal. Does it perform differently?

@@sympthylost a rep I spoke to essentially said the experience is so similar that it didn’t make sense to keep both. The collodial oatmeal is the biggest ingredient difference. To me, both perfom the same-I felt like the Sensitive Skin one felt a bit creamier though.

@@styleandbeautydoctor interesting! I was wondering if I should rush out and grab the last of the Regenerist (since I currently use and really like it) or switch to the new one. My skin is drier these days (especially in winter) and I don’t mind creamier sunscreen. As long as it’s not so *heavy*/thick that reapplying it becomes tedious…..

I’m so curious about the Pavise zinc sunscreen… not saying you should spend $150 and test for your lovely loyal viewers but…

I'm sorry but you're a bit disorganized! I've watched a lot of your videos on mineral sunscreens and I STILL don't know what's best. You mix up the chemical and mineral sunscreens together in one video, so I have to watch the WHOLE thing to hear about the ones I might be interested in. And you don't grade them at all. You have experienced and had probably tried hundreds of them by now, so you should know what's best. What's the top three. What's top 5 or 10. Best drug store beat high end etc. Even on your website, you just listed them without grading them.
