gene hypercharge need a buff with the charge, it's tooooooo slow

Fun fact: You can charge your Hypercharge with the Godzilla super on the new gamemode. This is probably a bug but anyway.

@@muhammied the hypercharge doesn’t do anything other than giving your teammates speed buff,which she already can do without the hypercharge if the teammate are close to her. I expected something flashy like moving in lightning speed, but at the end we got this crap

One each, because that is just a "residue" animation, it is part of the super and not a projectile since the ability is "taking duration to be achieved" kind of thing
