I so then brought sand home and mixed with soda vinegar and water for casual cleansing of my own skin with prominent pores . It worked so well. My husband no longer suffers from black heads. Truly works.😊

That’s amazing! Thanks for sharing and this makes me think the people that claim there were home remedies for everything a hundred years ago and when the AMA was formed and prescription medications started popping up they got rid of any doctor that pushed holistic remedies instead of the toxic drugs weren’t lying.

@@elizabethc1319 Na, you have a immune system and microbes do nothing to humans... what you mean is a parasite. You can sieve sand in a bucket, and you can be sure that nothing nasty is in sand. Parasites have size from ocean . Even eggs from flies have a size that you can sieve out. Today we have Googled that helps you out. If you don't use searching with your smartphone nice, then you make a lot of mistakes in new territories. Ps= It was not a bad post of you, but it sounds hypocritical... a little bit XD.

@@db7059 It doesn't even have to do with washing / not washing properly. I wash thoroughly and use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin and I still get cystic acne. Some people are just much more prone to them, or they're associated with certain health conditions.

I worked in a pharmaceutical factory that made acne medication. Salicylic acid was used in some soaps. The workers that mixed that soap, me included, would have trouble getting to sleep after our shift. Something about the sal-acid would make it difficult to close your eyes.

I wish they had all these products when I was a teenager. My back is all scarred as is my face.

I totally agree...I had Terrible backne on my back when I was in middle school. I had Terrible cysts that were hard to treat. My dermatologist had me on oral prescription and a cream that was so strong it would literally make my back Crack open and bleed. It was awful to fight that. I also had acne on my face and neck after I had my baby.

The options aren't great: tetracycline / minocycline are antibiotics that have some pretty serious side effects, and Accutane can actually cause severe conditions. I developed Crohn's Disease from using Accutane, and even then, it didn't get rid of my cystic acne on my back. (My face is clear of acne, at least.)

Surely, if you had a good scrub with soap when you got home at the end of every day, the dirt and sweat build up would not happen and get the pores clogged, filled and stretched like this... now they are permanently stretched and would easily refil, so even more effort to keep the skin clean would be needed!!

They are not the result of poor hygiene…… Blackheads are open pores filled with dead skin cells and sebum, an oily substance. When the oxygen in the air reacts with the dead skin cells it becomes “oxidized” and turns black.

@@delsielopez3073 I has nothing to do with cleaning: it's genetic or associated with other health conditions. I get cystic acne (not cysts, which are different) on my body to the point where it's extremely painful something.

I would LOVE this job. Watching blackhead removal and spots being squeezed is amazing!!!

Меня удивляет. Как можно до такого дойти. Если это на лице? Я сама себе его чищу. Все что я вижу я чищу. Если это спина? То да, это трудно самому убрать. Берите пищевую соду, перемешайте с зеленым мылом оливковым. И мойтесь. И лицо оккуратно мойте в неделю два раза. И ноги в тазик с содой и солью. И будет все чисто?! ❤

Баня нисколько не чистит кожу, поры расширяются только во время повышения температуры, потом снова сузятся. Инфекция после парилки из человека никуда не выходит. А так в человеке и остаëтся.

Using a body scrub and long loufas and long towels to actually clean the skin helps to stop the growth of bacteria on the skin and keep it clean. Held for folks older or that have mobility issues

You can't really other thsn salicylic acid like the Dr suggested using. In every one of these dpow vids i always want to see pouring it on to the stretched out pore after extraction so badly

First of all the tweezers should be rinsed in boiling water, then alcohol between each proceedure, (meaning the removal of each blackhead), so as not to contaminate any other areas - obviously several tweezers should be on hand as well as an assistant in order to keep the proceedure at a reasonable pace. Secondly, a twice daily cleaning regimine with hot water and nonscented soap should be adhered to in order to avoid this condition.
