He had speed. He didn't have elite long speed. Jr. looks like he had burst and short area quickness. But it's not easy to maintain long speed unless you just have it like that.

Speed = stride length x frequency. It doesn’t matter about your height. If you’re shorter you need to pick your knees up for longer stride and put them down faster for frequency.

Speed = stride length x frequency. It doesn’t matter about your height. If you’re shorter you need to pick your knees up for longer stride and put them down faster for frequency.
