I like how "demo" on a platform such as steam means a free, abridged version of the game. But on roblox it's used as a shield so people can put microtransactions in their games and get away with it

or shield the game in general, no reason asked. most of these games labeled "Demo" Have died in that phase before we even know wtf the final product is. like I Cannot recall a single game with "Demo" in the name that ever had got out of that phase to the "real game". there is just a graveyard of these "Demo" games as it was also at a point fairly popular to just make the game a demo in some years. I personally just wonder if the people who defend roblox "demo games" know how many died and want to ask them if they know how many "Demo's" on roblox are dead.

@@Rodan_0 u can grind the battlepass upgrade your gear find new tech to use your odmg and get perks, sure its not a lot (its a demo) but you can certainly have fun doing that, there's games for every kind of people if a game doesnt fit your standards for fun it doesnt mean its like that for everyone else, some people like clicker games, some people like simulators and some like combat games, wether its fun or not is subjective to the player

As someone who sucked at Titan Warfare, I really liked it, because no matter how many times I got exploded by someone with a sniper rifle, it always felt satisfying to land a blade kill or a thunderspear, also didn't Titan Warfare get discontinued because the devs wanted to work on a JJK game instead?

Honestly, almost every anime fighting game on Roblox is like that now lol I dunno why they always seem to be designed backwards, with pretty much only the lategame in mind first. Probably why most of them don't keep many players. Even YBA actually does this somewhat well.

For those who are confused on the *ShiftLock* section of the video Eclispe is saying this: He wants to use something called "shiftlock" which is amptly named for when you normally press the button "Shift" when it is set to "on" in roblox settings, it will lock your screen to be directly behind and slightly right of your character as if it was a third person game. When you turn around, due to you being in shift lock your character's body will also turn around with the camera. This means while *Shiftlock* is on, you will only ever see the back of your character. Additionally some games switch shiftlock to other buttons like Ctrl, so Eclipse tried pressing these alternative buttons to activate it. The "Lock" that the AOT clone roblox game has is *NOT* shiftlock. It LOCKS you onto an enemy yes, but it is temporary and only for said enemy, presumably until it dies (I'm assuming). This is why Eclipse is like "this is not even worth arguing about" because both "parties" are not even talking about the same thing.

i doesnt matter what its called weather its demo or beta or update 1 if its released to the public it is open to criticism and even when its in testing the whole point of a tester is to criticize the game so the devs can make it better i dont understand how in the year 2023 people still dont get that

I poorly worded this, recognized it after I posted it, but it's too late for that now. Other games that are "Hard" on Roblox often have other aspects to them that make them not totally fail like TW did. Games like Deepwoken have large sprawling maps, and PVE content to fill up your play time. The problem TW had, was that a new player could not do ANYTHING if they didn't have a grasp of the game. You'd often see lobbies where players ended the match with 0 kills. Needless to say, if you can't even touch the people dropping 40+ kills, you're gonna call it quits. The issue was the the skill floor itself was too high. No matter how bad you are at Rogue Lineage, you've still got a good chance of at the very least hitting something with your Sword

I wouldn't say Rogue Lineage was even hard, the vast majority of people exploited and Black marketed. An average player was at such a disadvantage, not even for something they're doing wrong.

For those who need a comparison of a demo build of a game vs a alpha/beta build is this: A demo build is a demonstration of the full game that you get to play, either being snippets of the game or a segment in it. Demos are also free because it's supposed to give a demonstration to a paid game. An alpha/beta is a game that isn't in a finished state or a state the devs don't think is fully finished before releasing it fully to the public.

I tend to just assume that the majority of roblox players guess instead of actually knowing the facts, a lot of the games I play I get told misinformation only for the trello to say the exact opposite of what they where trying to explain.

So the point of a demo is to represent the best parts of a game, it’s meant to get players hocked on the game and play the full release. This is not a demo, this is an underdeveloped, over monetized personal project

I unironically find the people who are like "Hurr durr, it's a demo so it's immune to criticism" insufferable. Criticism can literally lead to improvement, so why is it bad to criticize something before it comes out so, when all you'd be helping out with is improving the very thing so it's actually good when it releases fully?

Hey Eclipse, tester for aote here As said in the video, aote is under new management (sort of) and with that they’ve rewritten the code pretty quickly and are reworking quite a lot of the game with quite a few plans for the road ahead, if you keep up with the game you might wanna do another review since from what I’ve seen it’s going to be vastly different to when you last reviewed it. And if you want to see some higher level stuff don’t be afraid to ask for some testers help, I’m pretty sure most of us would be down to help you out with what you wanna see

You should definitely give AOT Freedom War a try, some parts of it are kind of frustrating (especially starting back out after you get killed) but overall I think its a very creative game thats mostly different from the "Kill X amount of titans" thing we see alot. Also good video!!

Warfare was one of my favorites I grinded for Levi for a while

The model of the ODM gear and the scouts coat looks pretty nice, but that's the only good thing I'd say about the game. As someone who never touched PvP in Titan Warfare, I can still say that without a doubt, it does the whole killing X amount of titans way better than any other game, and it isn't even the main focus of the game. It just feels so satisfying to kill titans especially when you have the Ackerman bloodline.

Ok so like I have to mention this, I got the same reaction from a bunch of dumbshits when I did a review and suggestion thing for jjc, (jujutsu chronicles) BECAUSE there is literally no fucking game. Now once I heard the game was in like a beta/demo state I was okay with it, until I heard the chance of getting the sukuna vessel from a finger with is 1% by the way and you have to wait LITERAL HOURS FOR IT TO SPAWN or have a chance to spawn and it only works in public servers which is complete bullshit. *And then the same people proceed to mention the fact you can pay 15 USD for sukuna vessel.* I'm not going insane but that pricetag and the fact it even exists should mean I can criticize the game as much as I fucking want.

Most roblox anime games are just cash grabs, not surprised by any of that. They are all made the exact moment an anime is very popular then they die shortly after. Its all obvious when out of the hundreds of anime games that come out its hard to find more than like 5 thats kinda original or the developers actually care about the game.

What’s funny is revolution makes fun of boss studios in the update topic in the loading screens it says “Boss studios speed 🤯” Since they bragged about how fast the updates would be but that they haven’t done shit to update the game

Revolution feels like ultrakill to me. You are (usually) alone in a map, with quick but skilled movement, and the fun is on you doing badass stunts. In Titan warfare, it’s actually good PvP (even though I don’t like PvP, I can admit it’s good)

Eclipse, what do you have to say about accusations against Alter that he's a pedophile and Fel defending him? In my opinion Fel had no serious punishments and should be at least demoted to member, blacklisted from applying for a moderator and other game related roles. But if that isn't enough to satisfy some people she should be permanently banned. I have also seen her unprofessionality a couple of times in form of staff bias, not handling the situations correctly, not managing the channels properly and other stuff. I'd like if you could talk about it in a video, but I'd be satisfied with a KZread comment or if you talked about it in Discord.

I know you mentioned it in the video but I really think you would enjoy freedom war. Personally I like it more than titan warfare but the two are very different. The gameplay is actually very fun especially if your with friends and the gameplay is more objective based with titans in the way as well as having good pvp.

I remember this whole Attack on Titan genre started with one the first popular Roblox Attack on titan games. It was "Attack On Titan [BETA]". Game was made in 2014, loads of youtubers made videos on it. It had missions, and more if I remember.

Honestly, as a big player of AoT games on Roblox, I found Revolution to be one of the worst Attack on Titan games I've ever seen, the amount of things you have to do in the game is less than the amount of things you can buy, if you're going to do that, I'd rather go play another game, besides, even if it was something incredibly good, it's extremely repetitive and gets boring easily. Besides, the gameplay is at least different, in a bad way. Titan Warfare is in fact the greatest AoT game in Roblox, along with another game that was totally forgotten due to its difficulty and now the devs are trying to revive it, Titanage. I think that Titanage with some changes has the capacity to match Titan Warfare, it's sad to see that two games that I've been playing since launch are at this level of sadness.

To be fair i like this game really much but it doesn't feel like demo but an alpha

"beta" and "demo" dont mean a whole lot if ur game is up for anyone to play anytime and its getting constant updates, they only mean something if you give ur community a demo of the game for a certain ammount of time and then close it thats when it matters bc it says that its still in development and we only played a small fraction of what will come. a game called HELLMET did this (its a semi first person shooter that takes a slow and methodical approach to the door breaching genre of games) they released a demo for the players to play and when the time was up they removed the demo, because demos are suposed to be for testing purposes u cant just call ur game a demo if the game is released and getting constant updates.

eclipse, play Attack On Titan: Freedom War, in my opinion it has the best mechanics and 3DMG. It has a great pvp that's like Warriors ( Armored Titan, Female Titan, Colossal Titan and possibly Jaw) vs soldier (Attack Titan and possibly Jaw) . The warriors can keep secret or reveal themselves and kill everyone. Well its pretty cool.

4:06 "I feel like there's not a lot of things you can do with AOT games when you think about it" I'm about to ruin this man's whole career -Scout Regiment, Military Police & The Garrison Regiment; Depending on which branch you succeed in joining, you get the appropriate jacket which gives specific buffs E.G: Increased damage against Titans outside the wall (Scout Regiment), Increased ODM Fuel and extra damage with artillery (Military Police), Increased damage against Titans inside the wall and increased movement speed inside the wall (Garrison Regiment) -Shifting; This is an obvious addition since everyone's been riding Eren's beef ever since he first turned into a Titan in Season 1. It's also simply a really cool idea. Maybe this can be included in the form of "effigy" drops from specific boss characters like Annie or Berthold, so for instance if you killed Reiner you would have x% chance to receive "The Armored Effigy" which would allow you to shift into the Armored Titan as opposed to everyone just being a variation of Eren's Titan. I'm imagining an effigy working the same as the Stand Arrows in Roblox is Unbreakable, where you have a flat percentage chance to gain the specific Titan shift depending on what your level is. If you're a low level, you're unlikely to get it, if you're a high level, you'll probably get it, etc. -Player Faction Wars; Players can choose factions from the hub world such as the Paradis government and Yeagerist faction to name a couple, and whichever side wins the Faction War gets rewards for all members of said faction, like faction rewards in For Honor. This would range from simple in game currency payouts for the whole faction to weapon/player effects for Most Valuable Players. (Blue flames coming from the head like the effect from Halo Reach to give an example, or perhaps the menacing effect from JoJo.) -Crafting; Players can craft better ODM gear for better sustainability, better parring blades that have less cooldown between attacks, etc. Materials would be able to be scavenged while in the middle of missions by simply looking around and finding them in randomly generated locations decided by flags, much like the mixing materials you can find in Parallel Quests from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Obviously the higher the difficulty of the mission, the better quality of the materials you'll be able to find while searching. Higher quality materials would also drop from Titans directly proportionate to their height/power. -Custom Factions; After reaching a certain level, players can create their own custom faction which they will be able to set a password for that way there is a stronger sense of community within the game's playerbase. They can upload custom image IDs to replace the original badges on their jackets (Replacing the rose of the Garrison Regiment with perhaps two crossed sabres with bloody blades to give an example.) -Trading; Self explanatory. The ability to trade items with players, this would give the community an economy and would attract more players who simply like to trade in Roblox games that have the feature. I haven't even watched anything post Season 1 of AoT (Watched it when it came out and wasn't feeling Season 2) and I was able to put down SIX DIFFERENT IDEAS that would offer more content and player interaction in an AoT Roblox game.

Pretty sure there is an official but very old and bad one. Roblox aot games are horrible for the most part, honestly anime games in general. Most are just cash grabs that rely on hype, very few actually care and try to make a good game

titan warfare discontinue because of players? i thought it was because they're working on another game, it was said in the game update log

I like how they made the "You played the Demo " badge after Eclipse's video too. Trust me guys, it was a demo all along, they just forgot to add it when the "demo" got released, totally didnt use it as a way to avoid criticism

12:20 see this is the major difference, beta/alpha, is adding new content quickly and getting balance, attracting players and a fanbase demo is to show what the game will look like when finished, maybe slightly different but most of the games core is set in stone, shows you what to expect release games are very different, the main part of released games is FIXING old stuff (rebalances, etc), and fixing the codebase (as content is added quickly early on its messy and can get laggy, release is refinement and updates to keep the players)

To eclipse and all the other AOT fans in search of something new: Attack on Titan: Last Breath is a great AOT game. It's got by far the most unique missions out of any AOT game, although it is buggier and less polished. It's sorta like old YBA: unrefined and not the best graphics, but unique and fun

aot last breath is a literal rushed cash grab + outdated compared to some of the stuff we have now , old dev from it recently made a new aot game that was the literally same as LB but it died and just got shutdown

I’ve never seen someone this mad over one of the best AOT games on the platform, we only have two relax lil bro 🙏😭

I respect you're opinion, I will admit I don't really like PVP a lot, and I am more of the PVE and Graphics type. But I do see you're points and I respect it, Maybe in the future I might prefer PVP, but for now I prefer REVOULOTION.

The point of the micro transactions is miss guided you can buy everything in the game with gems which you can earn through quests(they are really easy quest as well) too buy every thing the only reason you would buy gems/gold was 1. you had too much money to spend or 2. a donation that gave something back also the afk system was soo good that they had to nerf it due to people overnighting it getting more gold than they would ever spend!

I recommend if you want to play another really good AOT game you try out Attack on Titan Freedom War. It's imo the most accurate AOT game ever.

Currently, Revolution does'nt have a lot of content but is fun and requires a little bit more skill imo, Also, it has better designs and animations, but jeez, the pure titan looks like it's been mewing for an entire year And it also has a Lot of bugs and its content can get boring after an hour of playing (which didn't happen to me for some reason, I reached the maximum level and kept playing haha)

Yo Eclipse! I have a game suggestion for you. You could play Doom Eternal, you probably know it already and I know that you will say that you might not do it because you could get demonitised for the gore or something like that, I might be wrong about that. It's a very fun game to play and it's one of my favorites and I hope you will try it too on the channel.

I don't have much of an opinion on AOTR, but is seemed to be an actual demo because they took the game down for the official release. Hopefully the game will be in a better state than it was during the "demo". Some of the thing they promised to be in the full release on their statement when they closed the game was more mission than just kill x number of titans, titan shifting (they said that not all 9 titans would be available on release so it will probably only be the attack titan), cosmetic crates that work, and a prestige system. I assume the prestige system would not reset your POT(i say P. O. T.) level, which you leveled up under the equipment tab. One last thing, in your last video you complained that it felt like it was impossible to hit the nape or something, this was due to the arm hitboxes which they reduced, I assume the arm hitboxes where so massive that they overlapped with the nape so you would hit them instead but I didn't test the changes so I wouldn't know. P.S. Misclicking the Left CTRL button is a genuine skill issue.

Even I got 30 lvl in titan warfare as a Mobile player there is just some people that lack skills

rell seas is blox fruit but more hypped, tbh most of anime related games on roblox are either simulators or do the same thing over and over again, either way besides that good video eclipes you are legit one of my fav youtubers since last year and i realy have fun watching your videos or putting them as a background noice while im palying other stuff, keep it up man. (sorry if my english is doodo im not native english speaker)

@@PyroniumZ My guy you should know easily that GPO going to be blox fruits becuase The Main developer is literally working on Blox fruits. Beside this should be different this game is getting made by One of Biggest Anime Groups on platform and beside the hype of rell seas is way more than any other games except anime legends and holy war x and they are completely different Groups and developers.

@@MythicLegendsYT GPOs hype and promises said otherwise. They are literally going down the same path and we wont know if Rell seas will be good or just a slightly better GPO until its released. The game has obviously a lot of effort put into it but that doesnt guarantee that its gonna be good. Would be happy to be wrong but expectations arent high for a reason

@@PyroniumZ Rell Brothers dissed and hated GPO so its more likely not gonna be near gpo as it more like Runescape progression but i cant fully say that because i didnt see all progression which will happen most likely at Movie 3.

ngl i think of demo as still a work in progress and ofcourse that they need to work on the main menu first because thats where u mostly get ur stuff. and ofcourse if they dont include quests and battlepasses, then the players would decrease. so they add those to motivate u to kill more titans and play the game. and it is still currently in demo while the titan shifting is in work in progress, clan perks, buffs, skill trees, and upgrades still need to expand because *it is still in demo*

I do wish at least Jujutsu Infinite can have a better future than Titan Warfare did. I also hope you can check out that game when you want to, as well.
