Bravo Vlad for creating such a flexible and extensive new instrument! Bravo for figuring out how our ten fingers can best integrate with knobs to create in the moment changes in timbre, pitch level, etc!

I'm genuinely excited for, and inspired by, Vlad's new concept here. Each time I see/hear a new dimension of Terra, I'm even more impressed.

Wieder mal ein Geniestreich von Kreimer. Sehr flexibel im Handling, der Oschi. Und nebenher ein Klangerzeuger, dem ein Meditationscharakter innewohnt. Macht schon einen Unterschied, ob ein Musiker Instrumente entwickelt oder ein Techniker das tut.

Yes totally agree with your opinion,Vlad is a genius a one off,I have the Lyra-8 and Cosmos and have the Enner on order and then Soma bring out Terra,I'm coming to the conclusion that Soma instruments is all I need and on the road to fully ditch the daw and soulless mouse clicking!and yes please let's have peaceful skies everywhere and an end to this and all insane war's.

It is, but he said there will be two versions of it with the same functions but different looks, one like the one in the video (costing more than 1000 euros), and another one in a box (costing less than 1000 euros)

Looks cool, but what I'm hearing can pretty-much be configured and performed on my Yami Montage utilizing aftertouch, transpose, pitch, bend, and ribbon control ☺️

show us your "math", Giuliani Bro. I think this is one of the most genius musical instruments ever! Vlad's a genius and this thing is incredible. PERHAPS you didn't understand that this was a DEMONSTRATION? (Maybe you think it's not "musical" enough, because this wasn't a concert, where he'd be less random and hectic.) LAZY THINKING will get you nowhere.

Even though I like that he is innovating but this thing looks horrible, sounds horrible and I guess it feels horrible. It also just doesnt seem that one could do very much with it, playing it in a natural way. But I guess the thing is just so crazy and cool. It's just beyond me how someone could want buy this. A company like Pittsburgh modular repackages its synths over and over again and he is selling a piece of wood with a questionable interface, but being new and innovative must be good I guess. The sythesizer world is nothing but a marketing hell.

the cool thing about synths is that they are used to build parts of songs not always all of it. So maybe you have it in your mind that this is ONLY going to be used as a one man band situation. I can see Trent Reznor picking up one of these and making some VERY interesting sounds and moods for music. I can hear a multitude of different use cases from horror soundscapes for music in video games to ethereal backing tracks in music in general. Just to give you an actual reason on why it might be a cool thing that is indeed unique.
