I'm a cnc programmer and I can say that it's definitely well made and worth $2,000. It's amazing 😳

It's a puzzle. It's not worth 2000 dollars. Only an idiot would spend that much and the parts are worth 40 bucks. A good machinist could do that in a day

Who decided its worth 2000$ tho... the creator?
@mercuriall2810

8SH0CK8 I initially wondered the same thing, but then realized that he is saying it cost $2000 to manufacture this first prototype of the puzzle. Prototyping & one off production of prototypes is very expensive - all that tooling/labour for only one sample product. Once the design is finalized to incorporate any minor modifications, the individual cost per piece on a production run to produce retail stock should be significantly less expensive. If the production run pieces are manufactured to equally fine tolerances & with a similar finish, this still certainly won’t be a cheap puzzle, but it shouldn’t approach $2000.

mercurial L Exactly. Very low tolerance, one off machining is VERY expensive.
The way he stepped away from the table to shout YES when he solved it gave me life
This puzzle had to have been designed by a team of Mercedes-Benz engineers. It's hellishly expensive, mechanically over-designed, exquisitely machined and it takes 6 hours to get to the one part that needs to be serviced every 50,000 km.

Every puzzle gangsta until he says "aight, lemme just grab a piece of paper"
“Yes, yes.... Do you see this?!..... YES, YEEEEEEEEEESSSS!” Pure joy!
First it damages your table then it damages your sanity. This has to be one of the funniest and certainly one of the most interesting puzzle videos you've ever made!
That was one of the most satisfying puzzle solves, it really pushes to the limit of some of the hardest to discern puzzle tropes. Like internal pins you can’t see is already tough. Making it magnetic? Diabolical. Everybody loves the spin move. The red herring buttons. Just... bless.
Even I said YEES when he found the solution
This masterpiece of overengineering is probably the most German puzzle in existence. Very fitting.
Brah MR. Puzzle has been on this platform for years and still is as entertaining as day one videos thanks MR. P
To the puzzle creator: Great job! If you decide to produce it in larger quantities, I suggest to keep the look and feel "precision crafted heavy metal object". I think that's the main part of the charm of it.
Lol I just love how excited he gets when he solves a puzzle there's just something adorable about it xD
Well done Mr P. I swear I was even with you when you was shouting “yes”. Congrats again...

While this is definitely a well made puzzle, my biggest issue with it is that unless you know before hand that the solved state is to remove that particular pin, there's no indicator that it's "solved" rather than just another piece being removed. When he said it was solved, I was just confused because it didn't feel any different than any other time he removed a part from it.

Please mass produce that puzzle, I would love to have one! Amazing!!
It's really a joy to see your enthusiasm finding out every step of the solution :D
I think if I wanted to teach myself to use a modern, 3-D cad tool, designing these things would really be educational.
So the two buttons on the side do nothing. Devilish.

I am honestly proud of you for doing this puzzle. That was really difficult. Great video as always!

You said it's worth $2000.00. You mean it cost $2000.00... Fascinating non the less. Small, very well built. And of course "you" solved it.... Thank you!
What a lovely puzzle. The machining is just top-notch. Thanks for solving and sharing!
I have very little interest in solving these kinds of puzzles, but _your_ passion for puzzles makes these videos very entertaining. It was probably as thrilling for me to watch you solve this one as it was for you to solve it. Thank you for sharing :-)

Definitely one of the cooler looking puzzles ive seen. I love the steel and brass look.
I'd love to see a bunch of aeronautical designers trying to retro-engineer this unknown part for weeks before realizing it's a puzzle :)
I have a writing pen with a maze and a small ball bearing in it. I feel pretty satisfied every time I get the ball bearing from one end of the pen to the other... It cost $1 at a dollar store. I don't think I'll be touching a $2,000 puzzle, especially considering that I have a big hammer and a torch. 👍😄
This one's up there with the Lotus box I love the sequential puzzles they're the best thank you
The puzzle is cool. One thing I would do to improve it though would be to paint the target pin a different bright color. (Bright orange, red, etc) In my opinion, the objective isn't obvious enough

$2000, only one in existence **violently beats it on the table**
4:05 to get to the start of the solving attempt
I just love your videos MR PUZZLE. I am a student and also love puzzling. I watch your videos for refreshment and entertainment and you've got a great amount of logic. LOVE YOU MR PUZZLE👍👍👏👏👌👌❤❤
Without a doubt, the most pleasing puzzle, in challenge and artistry.
What a joy, glorious to watch, beautiful design.
I love how they say it can’t be solved with random chance, but with some table damage that always seems to happen Keepo
Congrats Mr Puzzle. It's nice to see the 5/5 puzzles now and then. :)
RIP table surface. Now this puzzle will be remembered in each video.
I really enjoyed this one ...it felt like I was participating with you as well ! Very nice craftsmanship and the quality looks perfect. Whoever the designer is, they have some serious skillz !
that moment around 9:25 would have been a cool idea for a puzzle though. Have a box that needs to be unlocked by some sort of contrived key tool which was originally part of the box. So you do all these moves moving the pieces off the box, you do a bunch of other moves to assemble all the pieces you removed into a tool, then you use the tool to unlock the box.

"I can tell you already 2020 will be very interesting." How right you were, Mr. Puzzle. How right you were.
I was just as happy as you were when you released the final pin!
Opening production was on point
Love the intro and what an amazing puzzle! Your enthusiasm makes this so much fun to watch.
This is my kind of puzzle. I love disassembling tricky stuff. I need to get my hands on these kinds of puzzles.
12:35 "Oh your fingers hurt? Well now your back's gonna be hurtin, because you just pulled landscaping duty."
Wow! One of the greatest video's solving puzzles on your channel! 💕
Wow! That was some puzzle, Mr. P!! Well done! Fantastic work 👏
Only discovered you through watching Chris Ramsey puzzle solve videos he does mention you in several. Really enjoyed that one just as the sheer excitement in your voice was evident once you had solved the problem. Did the maker decide to release more of these as I would really love to buy one. Keep up the good work Thanks
10:16 best part, It was so random I couldn't help but laugh XD
Just beautiful! Bravo!
It's the perfect puzzle for this channel. The way you solve it is by removing misc. pieces.
What an amazing puzzle. Both looks and function.
i truly wish there was a camera pointed at your face the second you realized you dinged your table. #priceless great puzzle. 👍😀🩹
Nice work, Mr Puzzle! Obviously the puzzle still needs a little work, but I enjoyed seeing it. I'd like to see more from this maker.
love your videos!!! you are sooo much better than other channels
It looks amazing, almost Steam-Punk
Happy new year and much love from Italy!!!
Great puzzle, as a machinist I appreciate the hard work that went into making this piece. I would love to have the blueprints. It would be a great training project for tool and dye learning programs.
Very entertaining, also.., "2020 will be very interesting". That was an understatement.
That is a beautifully designed and machined puzzle - kinda initially looks like a sophisticated sophisticated fidget tool. Your production values and enthusiasm is top notch. I love the methodical way to approach and explain your process.
Oh...wie cool ist das denn... Wow😊Da bin ich mal gespannt!
I really enjoy these videos where you record the intro after the solve so you can give us your full thoughts on the puzzle before the puzzle break. This way we still get to enjoy your process during the solve itself but we also have a good idea going in what kind of a challenge we will be witnessing. Plus, it gives you time to collect your thoughts so the review portion will be more thorough. Thanks for the videos, and may 2020 bring many new challenging yet satisfying puzzles your way. :)

That's some heavy beats, i feel like i am being introduced to some puzzle of all evil incarnate. If we are not careful the pin head of puzzles himself will show up raising some hell! By the god damn time Mr Puzzle opens this puzzle we are going to need the exorcist in this god damn comment section, the ghostbusters (the OG's) are going to be called at some point. Satin himself has left his mark. You thought Arnie was a menace as the terminator? No this puzzle is the muther Fu78*ng GATE KEEPER and Mr Puzzle is the god damn key master. Shit is going to get freaky tonight!! EDIT: I totally love it btw :) EDIT 2: Love the joy of this puzzle, i have been smiling all the way through :) Love your reactions lol
This is amazingly good.
15:05 “If this won’t work I don’t know what to do now. I think I will throw it away.” I’m glad it worked. You were only seconds away from the solution.

Assuming the tabletop is granite, such damage can be repaired by resurfacing the entire top of table, or, the damage can be hidden by filling the damage spot with similar color felt pen. Filling the damage spot with any kind of putty will require sanding down which will ruin the high gloss polish around damage spot.
This is my favorite puzzle so far.
Thanks super entertaining!
It was super jarring to see a Chris Ramsey style intro followed by a Mr. Puzzle style greeting.
That's looks awesome.
Faszinating puzzle. Looks like a part lost by the space station.... ...and it's fun to watch your exitement. The only thing is, it looks very unpleasant to handle for your hands with all the metal corners.
Working on my Masters in Education... That will be my 2020. Well done!
The enthusiasm and excitement in this video lol Great vid thank you
I love it!! Was so interesting. I love it when you get frustrated...lol. 5+ hours. Fantastic...!!!! 😉😉
