Honestly why does other storage even exist

Um sir I'm not using secure Folder but my other storage is 18.03 GB. What should I do?

my system folder has 21.23 GB and Other has 59.71 GB space used. I followed all of the steps but unable to reduce other folder space

Bhai other mein kya hai ye dekhna hai...mere documents shyd hide hogye hai kaise dekhu ...mere se zipped app mein galti se whatsapp zipped hogya or all data delete hogya

Bhai mera galaxy M32 5G mobile he......iske liye please kuch batao na.kese others ke data ko kese delete karen?iss tarike se ye kaam nahi kar raha he.

Other k uper system h use kaise delete kre meri 32 gb me 30 gb system hi full h
