I removed external plugged ins like mouse USB socket for charging, mic, mini table ac .. and restarted.. it instantly started. Thanks for video and info too. Hope my solution will be helpful to few.

pc on tho ho jata hai mera thek se chalta bhi hai lekin thode time baad hang ho jata hai fir jb restart karta hun tho same yahi eror aathi hai.... fir wapas power off karke fir se chalu karta hun waaps chalne lagta hai... kya problem hogi? cable bhi thik se connect kiya harddisk v saaf karke chek kiya cell bhi naya dal ke dekh liya
